تعلن شركة AAB-TEC عن توفر وظيفة Theming Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية (دوام كامل).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التصميم الفني والتفصيل: إعداد رسومات التنفيذ (shop drawings)، ومواصفات المواد، وتفاصيل التنفيذ لعناصر التصميم المواضيعي المعقدة.
- الإشراف الهندسي: ضمان استيفاء جميع الهياكل المواضيعية لمتطلبات السلامة الهيكلية والسلامة وكود البناء المحلي.
- دعم الموقع ومراقبة الجودة: العمل عن كثب مع فرق الموقع والمشرفين لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق في الموقع بما يتوافق مع التصاميم المعتمدة.
- إدارة البائعين والمواد: تقييم المواد المتخصصة (GRC، GRP، FRP، الأعمال الصخرية، إلخ) والتنسيق مع البائعين والمتخصصين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية (أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس تصميم مواضيعي (Theming Engineer) في مشاريع المتنزهات الترفيهية أو الترفيه أو المشاريع المعمارية المتخصصة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج AutoCAD وRevit أو برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D modeling).
- معرفة عميقة بمواد التصميم المواضيعي، وتقنيات التصنيع، وعمليات التركيب.

AABTEC is looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Theming Engineer to turn imaginative concepts into structural reality. You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution across our upcoming entertainment and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Design & Detailing: Develop shop drawings, material specs, and execution details for complex theming features.
Engineering Oversight: Ensure all theming structures meet structural integrity, safety, and local building codes.
Site Support & Quality Control: Work closely with site teams and supervisors to ensure accurate on-site execution matching approved designs.
Vendor & Material Management: Evaluate specialized materials (GRC, GRP, FRP, rockwork, etc.) and coordinate with vendors and specialists.
Requirements
1- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
2- 5+ years of experience as a Theming Engineer in theme parks, entertainment, or specialized architectural projects.
3- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or 3D modeling software.
- 4- Deep knowledge of theming materials, manufacturing techniques, and installation processes.
