Role Description The Civil Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing civil works for residential and mixed-use developments, including site layout, infrastructure, and utilities. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical reports, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and standards. The Civil Project Engineer will monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, and support quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The role also involves resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate project documentation, and contributing to sustainable, efficient design solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with experience applying engineering principles to real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Competence in Site Development, Project Management, and coordination of multidisciplinary design aspects.
• Experience in Quality Control for civil works, including inspection, testing, and adherence to safety and construction standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in real estate development is a plus.
