شركة Johnson & Johnson MedTech تعلن عن وظيفة محلل تسعير (Pricing Analyst) في قسم الجراحة (Surgery)، بدوام كامل، في الرياض أو جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المحلل مسؤولاً عن دعم وتوجيه الأعمال فيما يتعلق بأولويات التسعير الاستراتيجية لتعزيز التسعير القائم على القيمة وزيادة قيمة الابتكار، بالإضافة إلى قيادة مهام التسعير لقطاع الجراحة في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التفاعل الاستباقي مع شركاء الأعمال وفرق SAM لتقديم الدعم والتوجيه بشأن أولويات التسعير الاستراتيجية: دفع التسعير القائم على القيمة وتعظيم قيمة الابتكار.
  • دعم مسؤول التسعير في تحليل التسعير متعدد العوامل لتحديد ورصد الاتجاهات، والأسباب الجذرية لتسرب الربحية أو تآكل الأسعار، وتقديم التوصيات.
  • قيادة تقديم عطاءات القطاع الخاص غير المباشر في المملكة ودعم تقديم العطاءات المباشرة.
  • تحليل أسعار عروض المناقصات وربحيتها، ومراجعة النتائج من خلال مراجعات الفوز/الخسارة ومحاكاة التسعير وتبادل المعلومات لبناء ذكاء تنافسي يزيد من نسبة النجاح في العطاءات المستقبلية.
  • الاستفادة من بيانات العطاءات التاريخية، وتحليل الفوز/الخسارة، ومعايير السوق لدعم استراتيجيات التسعير.
  • ضمان استمرارية ودقة وتوقيت تقارير أداء الأسعار الشهرية ومراجعات الأعمال.
  • ضمان الالتزام بإرشادات حوكمة التسعير المحلية وإرشادات حوكمة التسعير في منطقة EMEA.
  • دعم الأعمال من خلال البحث عن طرق لتحسين مزيج المنتجات لزيادة الربحية.
  • دفع تصعيد الأسعار وفقًا للإرشادات ودعم المناقشات من خلال تقديم تحليل تفصيلي للأسعار مع مراعاة مقاييس الأداء الرئيسية.
  • دعم قائد التسعير في تطوير نماذج وأطر الحوكمة ومصفوفات الخصم لضمان الامتثال للتسعير والالتزام بالإرشادات.
  • تقديم محاكاة تغيير الأسعار أثناء عملية تحديث قائمة الأسعار لتحسين إجمالي الربح من خلال السعر والحجم والمزيج.
  • دعم التدريبات على التسعير لرفع مهارات فريق المبيعات والتسويق للتأثير في عملية اتخاذ قرارات التسعير بما يتماشى مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية، وتعزيز فهم قيمة المنتج، ودعم تحديد المواقع الصحيحة للمنتج وتقسيم السوق.
  • التحسين المستمر لتقارير وتحليلات التسعير: الحفاظ على تقارير Power BI لمراجعات التسعير والبحث دائمًا عن فرص لتحسين التقرير ولوحات المعلومات لتوفير رؤية أكبر للأعمال.
  • ضمان دقة قاعدة بيانات المنتجات وقائمة الأسعار ومواءمتها مع المدخلات التنظيمية.
  • إدارة الموافقات على قائمة أسعار Cignon في الوقت المناسب، مع ضمان وضع الأسعار ضمن إرشادات التسعير.
  • قيادة أو دعم المشاريع الرئيسية المتعلقة بالتسعير والعطاءات حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان تحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للتسعير.
  • ضمان وجود عمليات تسعير متوافقة وضوابط SOX وتوثيقها وفقًا للمتطلبات.
  • الحفاظ على تقديم تقارير SOX المتعلقة بشروط التسعير على SAP في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
  • قيادة الصيانة الدورية لأداة التسعير والربحية، والبحث المستمر عن فرص للتحسينات لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات.
  • الحفاظ على الأسعار باستمرار في SAP لضمان تحميل السعر الصحيح للعميل المناسب لسلاسة معالجة الطلبات.
  • تدريب جميع مستخدمي وحدة المناقصات في AFA عند الضرورة وقيادة إدارة التغيير لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
  • التحسين المستمر للأدوات والتقارير الرقمية لدعم أصحاب المصلحة في الأعمال وضمان تلبية جميع المتطلبات المتغيرة.
  • مراقبة وتعزيز جميع المتطلبات التنظيمية وفقًا للوائح والقواعد والإجراءات المطبقة التي تحددها الشركة، والإبلاغ عن أي انتهاك أو انحراف للمشرف المباشر أو السلطة المختصة.
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات التدريب الخاصة بأداء مهام الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو التسويق أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التسعير أو المناقصات أو المالية في المنطقة. يفضل خبرة في صناعة الأجهزة الطبية أو الأدوية.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (اللغة الفرنسية ميزة إضافية).
  • أن يكون المرشح سعودي الجنسية (للمتقدمين في المملكة العربية السعودية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام MS Office وخاصة برنامج Excel بمستوى متقدم.
  • إتقان استخدام Power BI.
  • معرفة عملية بنظام SAP (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات تحليلية وتقنية قوية، بما في ذلك فهم استراتيجيات التسعير والتجارية وإطار الامتثال، وخبرة في التحليل والنمذجة.

About The Role

Surgery Pricing Analyst provides support and guidance to the business regarding strategic pricing priorities, to drive value-based pricing and to maximize the value of innovation, and lead the pricing related tasks for Surgery Franchise in Saudi.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Pro-actively engage with Business partners and SAM teams, to provide support and guidance regarding strategic pricing priorities: to drive value-based pricing and to maximize the value of innovation
  • Support Pricing Lead for multi-factor pricing analysis to identify and monitor the trends, root cause of profitability leaks and/or price erosion and provide recommendations
  • Lead KSA private sector indirect tender submissions and support KSA direct tender submissions
  • Analyze tender quotation prices and profitability, review outcomes through win/loss reviews, pricing simulations, and debrief to build tender intelligence to increase success rate for future tenders.
  • Leverage historical tender data, win/loss analysis, and market benchmarks to support pricing strategies.
  • Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly Price Performance Reports and Business Reviews
  • Ensure local pricing governance and EMEA pricing governance guidelines are followed
  • Support business by seeking ways to drive better product mix to improve profitability
  • Drive price escalations as per guidelines and support the discussions by providing detailed price analysis considering key performance measures
  • Support Pricing Leader in developing governance and discount matrix models and frameworks to ensure pricing compliance and adherence to guidelines
  • Provide price change simulations during PL update process to optimize SGP through Price, Volume & Mix.
  • Support pricing trainings to upgrade skills of S&M team to influence price decision making process in line with strategic priorities, to enhance product value understanding, to support correct product positioning and segmentation in the market.
  • Continuously improve pricing reporting and analytics: Maintain Power BI reports for pricing reviews and always look for opportunities to enhance the report and dashboards to provide greater visibility on business
  • Ensure Product database/ Price list is accurate and aligned with Regulatory inputs
  • Manage Cignon PL approvals in timely manner, ensuring prices are set within pricing guidelines
  • Lead/support key projects related to Pricing & Tenders wherever needed
  • Ensure Pricing SOPs are kept up to date
  • Ensure compliant pricing processes and SOX controls are in place and documented per requirements
  • Maintain the timely and accurate submission of SOX reports concerning pricing conditions on SAP
  • Lead the regular maintenance of Price and Profitability Tool, and continuously look for opportunities for enhancements, to support decision making process
  • Continuously maintain prices in SAP to ensure the right price is loaded for the right customer for smooth order processing
  • Train all AFA Tender module users whenever necessary and lead the change management for the stakeholders accordingly
  • Continuously improve the digital tools and reports, to support business stakeholders and to ensure all changing requirements are met
  • Observes and promotes all regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the Company, and notifies any violation or deviation to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority
  • Complies with own training requirements to perform duties of own job

Qualifications / Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business or Engineering
  • 2-3 years related experience ideally in pricing, tenders, or finance in the region. Experience in Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS office specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and understanding of pricing adn commercial strategies, compliance framework, experience in analysis and modeling.
