المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وصياغة والتفاوض على مجموعة واسعة من العقود واتفاقيات الاستثمار، بما يضمن التوافق مع القوانين والسياسات الداخلية.
- إجراء البحوث القانونية وتقديم المشورة بشأن المتطلبات التنظيمية والامتثال.
- تقييم المخاطر القانونية في الاستثمارات الجديدة والقائمة.
- إعداد الآراء القانونية والوثائق الواضحة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين الخارجيين.
- دعم حل النزاعات عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في القانون (JD أو LLB أو ما يعادلها) من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة المحاماة سارية أو أهلية الحصول عليها في ولاية قضائية ذات صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في قانون الاستثمار أو الشركات أو الخدمات المالية (يفضل أن تكون لديه دراية باللوائح الإقليمية في القطاعات عالية الإمكانات).
- القدرة على العمل عن بُعد في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتنفيذ مهام متعددة دون إشراف وثيق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة قوية على صياغة العقود ومراجعتها والتفاوض بشأنها، خاصة في الاتفاقيات الاستثمارية والمؤسسية والتجارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل التنظيمي والامتثال، بما في ذلك العناية الواجبة وتقييم المخاطر والمواءمة مع قوانين الاستثمار والشركات ذات الصلة.

Role Description This is a full-time remote Lawyer role responsible for providing legal support to THRAA | ثراء’s investment activities and corporate operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, advising on regulatory and compliance requirements, assessing legal risks in new and existing investments, and preparing clear legal opinions and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external counsel, supporting dispute resolution where needed, and helping develop and maintain legal frameworks and policies that uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

- Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution; active license or eligibility to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.

- Strong ethical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and document management systems; ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
