Role Description This is a full-time remote Lawyer role responsible for providing legal support to THRAA | ثراء’s investment activities and corporate operations. The Lawyer will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and investment agreements, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, advising on regulatory and compliance requirements, assessing legal risks in new and existing investments, and preparing clear legal opinions and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external counsel, supporting dispute resolution where needed, and helping develop and maintain legal frameworks and policies that uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong capability in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, particularly in investment, corporate, and commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory and compliance work, including due diligence, risk assessment, and alignment with relevant investment and corporate laws.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis, with the ability to convert complex legal findings into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with external counsel and partners.
- Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited institution; active license or eligibility to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Prior experience in investment, corporate, or financial services law is highly beneficial; familiarity with regional regulations in high-potential sectors is a plus.
- Strong ethical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and document management systems; ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
