Head of Finance | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing Food & Beverage company in Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the entire finance function and partner closely with the Managing Director on the company's strategic and commercial growth.

This is a key leadership position for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial governance with the ability to support business expansion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall finance function, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, Corporate Tax and all local statutory requirements.
• Drive financial controls, governance, risk management and internal audit processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team while improving systems, reporting and financial processes.
• Partner with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, FMCG or consumer goods sector.
• Extensive experience leading finance operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, Corporate Tax, ZATCA regulations and local financial compliance.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and executive management.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA is highly preferred.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
