Elia Grid International (EGI) هي شركة استشارية عالمية في أنظمة الطاقة، تقدم خدمات استشارية استراتيجية وفنية وتنظيمية لمواجهة التحديات المعقدة لتحول الطاقة. تعتمد الشركة على خبرة مجموعة Elia (بلجيكا) و50Hertz (ألمانيا)، ولديها مكاتب في بلجيكا وألمانيا والإمارات والمملكة العربية السعودية وماليزيا وكندا. تتعاون EGI مع عملاء حول العالم لتنفيذ مشاريع عالية التأثير في تخطيط أنظمة الطاقة، وتصميم الشبكات الذكية والرقمنة، وإدارة الأصول، ونقل التيار المستمر عالي الجهد (HVDC)، وأنظمة تعويض القدرة التفاعلية (FACTS)، ودمج الطاقة المتجددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحليل وتحديد مبادئ التخطيط.
  • تعريف نموذج نظام الطاقة والتحقق من صحته.
  • تعزيز منهجيات تخطيط أنظمة الطاقة في ظل التكامل الكبير لمصادر الطاقة المتجددة وأنظمة تخزين البطاريات (BESS)، وتطور الطلب، وتحسين استثمارات النقل.
  • إتقان الروابط مع النماذج التقنية-الاقتصادية لتحديد نقاط التشغيل الحرجة.
  • تحليل الحالة المستقرة (تدفق الأحمال، حسابات قصر الدائرة، قدرة الاستضافة، وغيرها).
  • تحليل الاستقرار الديناميكي (التردد، الاستقرار العابر، استقرار الجهد...).
  • دعم تحليل وتقييم موثوقية وأمان الشبكة (مثل حساب السعة، الموازنة، التخطيط التشغيلي...).
  • كتابة تقارير تعرض نتائج التحليل.
  • دعم فرق تطوير الأعمال في تحديد واغتنام الفرص من خلال بناء علاقات ثقة مع العملاء وتطوير المقترحات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الماجستير في الهندسة.
  • خبرة 3+ سنوات في تخطيط أنظمة الطاقة (التخطيط الرئيسي، دراسات الجدوى المبدئية لاستثمارات النقل الجديدة، دمج مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، تحسين أنظمة تخزين البطاريات (BESS)، تحديد حجم الحلول التكنولوجية المتطورة...).
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات محاكاة أنظمة الطاقة (PowerFactory، PSSE).
  • روح العمل الجماعي.
  • مهارات عرض شفهي جيدة.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
  • الاستعداد للسفر دولياً بنسبة 10% من وقت العمل حسب احتياجات المشاريع أو تطوير الأعمال.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أدوات محاكاة أنظمة الطاقة (PowerFactory، PSSE).
  • روح العمل الجماعي.
  • مهارات العرض الشفهي الجيدة.
  • الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Typical activities involve (but are not limited to):

  • Analysis and definition of planning principles;
  • Power System Model definition and validation;
  • Enhancing methodologies to plan power systems facing massive RES & BESS integration, demand evolution and optimisation of transmission investments;
  • Mastering links with technico-economic models to define critical operating points;
  • Steady-state analysis (load flow, short circuit calculations, hosting capacity, etc);
  • Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, transient & voltage stability..);
  • Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (eg capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning..);
  • Writing reports presenting results of the analysis;
  • Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with our clients and developing of proposals.

Your responsibilities will be decided based on your competencies and expertise and will be discussed during your interviews with managers.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering;
  • 3+ years of experience in Power System Planning (Master planning, pre-feasibility of new transmission investments, RES system integration, BESS optimization, sizing state-of-the-art technological solutions,…);
  • Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE)
  • Team Player
  • Good oral presentation skills
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
