About NeproPlast:

NeproPlast is a fast-growing plastic manufacturing company based in Jeddah, dedicated to producing high-quality products for various industries. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level QC Inspector to join our dynamic team and support our commitment to quality and excellence.

Job General Objectives: Control of production quality during his period (shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspection and tests according to SOP and QC inspection and test plan.
• Prepares quality inspection reports.
• Ensures fast and accurate feedback of test results to production department.
• Maintain good working condition of test equipment, tools and measuring instruments.
• Ensure that the calibration of measuring and test equipment he is using is up to date.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of his working area.
• Perform similar or related works as instructed by his immediate superior.
• Carry out similar or related works as directed by his direct superior.
• Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct simple quality control tests and measurements using basic testing tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results and report any defects or issues to the senior QC team.
• Support the production team in ensuring the quality of products during the manufacturing process.
• Learn and apply quality control techniques and procedures under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in basic training on quality standards, manufacturing processes, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
• Priority for selection will be for Saudi Nationals.
• No prior experience required, but an interest in quality control and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of quality control processes or manufacturing operations (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with common inspection tools and safety equipment is a plus.
