Marouf Café is a growing coffee and food brand committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence, quality, and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our head office in Riyadh.

• Manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile daily sales, POS transactions, bank deposits, and cash.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cost accounting records.
• Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Process supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and comply with company policies and IFRS.
• Maintain and update the ERP/accounting system.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (F&B, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT (ZATCA) regulations and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• SOCPA membership or eligibility is preferred.
