تعلن شركة Amentum عن وظيفة أخصائي لوجستيات الطيران (LS MH-60R) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المرشح دعم صيانة الميدان والمستوى الدائم للطائرات، بما يشمل التحكم بالإنتاج، مراقبة الجودة، إدارة الإمدادات، وصيانة وإصلاح الطائرات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تخطيط وتنسيق ودمج متطلبات الدعم اللوجستي / الإمداد لجميع أنظمة وأصول الطيران العضوية.
- مراجعة الوثائق المتعلقة بامتلاك أنظمة RSNF وقواعدها ومتطلبات المهام التشغيلية لتحديد مفاهيم الدعم اللوجستي / الإمداد الأكثر ملاءمة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- المساعدة في إعداد خطة دعم لوجستي / إمداد متكاملة، وخطة دعم متابعة، ووثائق تخطيط أخرى خاصة ببرامج الإمداد والشراء.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات، ومراجعة برامج اللوجستيات والإمداد الحالية والمخطط لها.
- إجراء دراسات وتحليلات للقضايا المتعلقة باللوجستيات والإمداد، وتحديد المقايضات وفعالية التكلفة لتعزيز عملية اتخاذ القرار.
- تتبع وتحليل بيانات اللوجستيات/الإمداد لتحديد فعالية مؤشرات الإدارة المختلفة، وتحديد الاتجاهات وأوجه القصور، وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- إعداد ومراجعة الخطط التشغيلية والطارئة اللوجستية/الإمدادية، والمساهمة في إعداد ملاحق الدعم اللوجستي لهذه الخطط.
- تقييم والتوصية بجدوى أتمتة جوانب مختلفة من الدعم اللوجستي/الإمداد.
- المشاركة في تخطيط وتقييم التمارين لضمان استجابة مفاهيم الدعم اللوجستي للاحتياجات التشغيلية، وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- تحديد الحاجة إلى التدريب الفردي والجماعي في مجالات اللوجستيات/الإمداد، وإعداده وتنفيذه حسب الحاجة.
- المساعدة في تطوير خطط البرامج/العقود/اللوجستيات/الإمداد حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد المراسلات اليومية حول قضايا اللوجستيات/الإمداد.
- تقييم متطلبات نظام الدعم اللوجستي/الإمدادي وتحديد القدرات اللازمة لدعم القوة التشغيلية ومتطلبات المهمة، والتوصية بإجراءات إدارية لتحقيق أهداف النمو والتحديث.
- تحليل وتنظيم وتخطيط وإدارة مختلف مراحل أنشطة التزويد وقطع الغيار أو الصيانة/الإصلاح اليومية لبرنامج أو أكثر ذات نطاق معتدل.
- تحليل الوثائق التعاقدية والبيانات الفنية وبيانات استخدام العملاء وممارسات الصيانة وخصائص التشغيل لتحديد متطلبات التزويد بقطع الغيار أو الصيانة/الإصلاح.
- تطوير خطط لوجستية لتعزيز توزيع البضائع والإمدادات، وتحديد وترتيب أولويات وتقييم الأصول والبنى التحتية اللوجستية الرئيسية.
- المساعدة في تطوير السياسات والإرشادات والإجراءات لضمان الجودة ومراقبة التكاليف، وإجراء دراسات التوزيع والشبكات، ومراقبة المخزون وتحليل المتطلبات لوضع استراتيجيات لتحقيق أوقات التسليم المطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان إدارة قواعد البيانات وإجراءات التوثيق القابلة للإصلاح وإدارة معدات الدعم.
- إجادة إدارة الأدوات والمخازن وإجراءات المواد الخطرة (HAZMAT) وتتبع أدوات المعايرة الدقيقة.
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة الدعم اللوجستي/الإمداد الآلية.
- القدرة على تطوير الخطط والدراسات والتحليلات وإجراء الإحاطات والتدريب.
- الإلمام ببرنامج المبيعات العسكرية الأجنبية (FMS) (مرغوب).
- خبرة سابقة في دعم اللوجستيات/الإمداد للدول الأجنبية في بيئة خارجية (مرغوب).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات مع درجة البكالوريوس، أو 5 سنوات مع درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في التخصصات الوظيفية للوجستيات/الإمداد العسكري.
- الحد الأدنى من شهادة الثانوية العامة.
- القدرة على الحصول على تصريح NAC(T3) واجتياز فحص المخدرات (يتم إجراء الاختبار بعد العرض وقبل التوظيف).
- القدرة على الحصول على اعتماد/تصريح المنشأة، وقد يطلب الحصول على تصريح أمني سري.
- القدرة على المشي والوقوف على أسطح مستوية ومائلة لفترات معينة خلال اليوم.

Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level experience are desired to inspect, repair, remove, replace aeronautical system parts and components. Requires skill in database management, repairable documentation procedures, Support Equipment management, tools and tool room management, HAZMAT procedures, and precision calibration tools tracking. Shall work in specialized shops associated with fixed base operations Field Level maintenance as well as perform troubleshooting, testing, maintenance repairs and Technical Directive compliance on the H-60 Airframe in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Current or previous experience perform complex logistics work to include but not limited to:
- The contractor provided Logistics Technician with Supply Specialist abilities to assist the RSNF in the following:
- Assists in the planning, coordinating, and integrating the overall logistics / supply support requirements of all organic aviation systems and assets.
- Reviews available documents on the acquisition, basing, and operational mission requirements of RSNF systems to determine and recommend the most suitable organic and cost effective logistics/supply support concepts.
- Assists in the preparation of an Integrated Logistics/Supply Support Plan, Follow-on Support Plan, and other major program supply acquisition and follow-on planning documents as appropriate.
- Participates in meetings and conferences, and reviews on-going and planned logistics and supply programs. Assists in enhancing the RSNF participation in such meetings through recommended agendas, and the review and organization of information and data on logistics/supply issues addressed in the final proposed agenda.
- Conducts studies and analysis of logistics/supply related issues, determining the trade- off and cost effectiveness of alternative courses of action to assist in and enhance the decision-making process.
- Tracks and analyzes logistics/supply data to determine the effectiveness of various logistics/supply management indicators. Identifies trends and logistics/supply support deficiencies and makes recommendations to improve logistics/supply support-ability as appropriate.
- Prepares and reviews logistics/supply operational and contingency plans, as appropriate, and assists in the preparation of logistics support annexes to such plans to ensure the logistics/supply support-ability of operational requirements.
- Assesses and makes recommendations, as appropriate, on the feasibility of automation of various aspects of logistics/supply support
- Participates in the planning and evaluation of exercises to ensure that logistics/supply support concepts are responsive to operational needs. Make recommendations for improvements where necessary to increase the effectiveness of support required.
- Determines the need for, prepares, and conducts individual and group training, as required, on areas of interest within the logistics/supply area.
- Assists in the development of various program/contracts/logistics/supply plans as appropriate.
- Prepares correspondence on a daily basis on a variety of logistics/supply related issues as may be required.
- Evaluates logistics/supply support system requirements and identifies capabilities necessary to support projected operational force and mission requirements. Recommends appropriate management actions for achieving program/contracts/logistics/supply system growth and modernization goals.
- Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs of moderate scope.
- Analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
- Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructures.
- Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree
- Requires experience in related military logistics/supply functional disciplines.
- A working knowledge of automated logistics/supply support systems is required.
- Experience in developing plans, studies and analysis, conducting briefings and training is desired.
- Familiarity with the US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program is desired. Previous experience with US logistics/supply support to foreign nations in an overseas environment is also desired.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NAC(T3) Background Investigation and drug test. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. May be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
