Job Purpose
To Manage, develop, and optimize the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data accuracy across all branches, central kitchens, and the head office. This role aims to automate HR processes, generate analytical reports, and seamlessly integrate the system with shift scheduling, payroll processing, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- System & Master Data Management: Maintain and manage core HRIS master data, including employee profiles, contracts, organizational structures, and benefits.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure system settings to align with organizational needs.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with HRIS software vendors to resolve technical issues and roll out system updates.
- Onboarding & Allocation: Oversee system onboarding for new hires and ensure accurate branch and department assignments.
- Employee Movements: Track and update real-time employee transfers, promotions, and resignations within the system.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate periodic reports on Turnover Rate, Attendance/Absence Metrics, and Labor Cost Ratios (Labor Cost vs. Sales).
- Workforce Planning: Provide senior management with predictive insights and analytics tailored to peak seasons and high-demand periods in restaurant operations.
- Time & Attendance Synchronization: Reconcile attendance logs (biometric devices or mobile app check-ins) with scheduled shift rosters.
- Pre-Payroll Processing: Accurately process leave requests, short leaves, and overtime data to ensure error-free payroll handovers.
- End-User Support: Provide daily technical support and guidance to branch and head office staff regarding HR Employee Self-Service (ESS) features.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of specialized HRIS experience. Experience in the F&B, Restaurant, or Retail sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and a solid understanding of biometric device integrations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Language.
