We’re Hiring: Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the DARB Digital Platform in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite

📅 Contract Duration: 18 Months

💼 Experience Required: 15-20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Establish and manage the project governance framework

• Manage executive stakeholders and steering committees

• Own project schedules, budgets, risks, RAID logs, and change control

• Coordinate business, customer, technical, and vendor teams

• Ensure contractual, quality, and cybersecurity compliance

• Oversee Hypercare and transition activities

• Provide regular executive and steering committee reports

Preferred Certifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL

Preferred Technology Exposure:

Enterprise Digital Platforms, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IAM, and Enterprise Security
