Job Title: Senior PAM Engineer (BeyondTrust) - Short-Term Project

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Project Duration: Short-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with strong expertise in BeyondTrust solutions to support a short-term cybersecurity project in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, integration, optimization, and operational support of BeyondTrust PAM platforms to enhance privileged access security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, and support BeyondTrust PAM solutions, including Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), and Session Management.
- Integrate BeyondTrust with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, and other enterprise security solutions.
- Implement privileged account onboarding, password rotation, access control policies, and session monitoring.
- Perform system hardening, troubleshooting, upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend PAM best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and production rollout.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Identity Security.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
- Experience integrating PAM platforms with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SIEM solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills across Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- BeyondTrust certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with other PAM technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea (Thycotic), or One Identity.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NCA ECC, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
- Previous project experience within the GCC region, preferably KSA.

Deliverables

- Successful implementation and configuration of BeyondTrust PAM components.
- Integration with target enterprise systems.
- Technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Project closure report with recommendations and operational handover.
