Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Seller role located in Al Olaya. The Jewelry Seller will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing jewelry products, offering professional advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Duties include maintaining product displays, handling sales inquiries, building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on market trends and product knowledge. Upholding exceptional customer service standards is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers
• Product Knowledge and Market Trends familiarity, particularly in the jewelry industry
• Inventory Management and Display Organization capabilities
• Proficiency in handling Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and transaction processes
• Team Collaboration skills and ability to contribute positively to a dynamic work environment
• Attention to Detail and ability to ensure high standards of quality in customer interactions and store presentation
• Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in regional or international languages is advantageous
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory
