المهام والمسؤوليات
- اتباع سياسات السلامة لتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة ودعم مبادئ Goal Zero وتحسين أداء السلامة والصحة والبيئة
- الإبلاغ عن ملاحظات وحوادث السلامة
- دعم عملية تحسين الجودة والتخطيط لاستراتيجيات لضمان عمل خالٍ من الأخطاء
- مراقبة إجراءات السلامة والجودة والاستخدام السليم للمعدات والمواد
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحلية ومعايير ChampionX للسلامة والصحة والبيئة
- إتمام التقارير المطلوبة للحكومة والشركة (مثل ERP وإدارة الحوادث والإصابات)
- المسؤولية عن خطة استمرارية الأعمال (BCP) ودعم خطة إدارة الأزمات (CMP)
- إدارة الامتثال لخطط وبرامج تدريب HSE وتقديم التدريب حسب الحاجة
- فهم مكونات أنظمة إدارة SHEQ والحفاظ على البيانات الدقيقة وفقًا لمتطلبات حفظ السجلات
- تنفيذ وصيانة وثائق SHEQ وفقًا للوائح المحلية
- تنظيم وإجراء التدقيق الخارجي/الداخلي لأنظمة الإدارة المتكاملة (ISO 9001:2015 وISO 45001 وISO 14001)
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الحفاظ على شهادات ISO 9001 وISO 14001 وISO 45001
- ضمان تطبيق ممارسات إدارة الحالات للإصابات المرتبطة بالعمل وتوفير الترتيبات التيسيرية المناسبة
- قيادة التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات وإعداد الدراسات عن أسباب المخاطر الصناعية والمخاطر الصحية
- إدارة تفتيش المرافق الإقليمية للكشف عن المخاطر المحتملة وتحديد التدابير التصحيحية
- تمثيل المنظمة في مجموعات السلامة المجتمعية أو الصناعية
- الإشراف على برنامج الصحة الصناعية (Industrial Hygiene) للموظفين
- الإشراف على برنامج تأهيل المقاولين وتقييمهم وسلامتهم
- إجراء و/أو المساعدة في تقييم المخاطر وتحقيقات الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية
- تجميع وتحليل إحصائيات SHEQ وتقارير الحوادث وإصدار التقارير الشهرية
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع الأمور
- أداء واجبات أخرى حسب الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية مع 3 سنوات خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز أو التصنيع
- خبرة في التدقيق الداخلي وصيانة معايير ISO ووثائقها ومتطلباتها
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات الحاسوب (بما في ذلك Microsoft Office Suite والقدرة على تعلم أنظمة الأعمال الداخلية)
- مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية
- خبرة سابقة تظهر أخلاقيات عمل عالية والقدرة على تعدد المهام

- Observe safety and quality procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Focus on improving SHE practices in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance of local regulatory and ChampionX Safety, Health and Environmental standards for Saudi.
- Ensures timely completion of all government agency and corporate safety, health, & environmental reporting (example ERP, Incident and Injury Management etc), as well as communication with agencies and appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for site Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Supports management in Crisis Management Plan (CMP).
- Manage compliance of HSE training plans and programs and delivery training as required by company policy, customer requirements and regulatory bodies.
- Understand the components of the SHEQ Management Systems; maintain accurate data in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
- Implement and maintain company SHEQ documents adhering to local environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Organize, Lead, and conduct external/internal audits for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO:45001, ISO:14001).
- Ensures compliance with the requirements necessary to maintain the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
- Ensure case management practices are communicated, implemented, and followed for work related injuries and reasonable accommodations are made to mitigate aggravation of non-work-related injuries.
- Lead the investigation of incidents and injuries and prepare studies and analyses of industrial incident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel.
- Manage the inspection of regional facilities to detect existing or potential incident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented and completed.
- Represent the organization in community or industry safety groups and programs.
- Oversees the Industrial Hygiene program for the CX personnel.
- Oversees Contractor Qualification, Evaluation and Safety Program.
- Conduct and/or assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Compile and analyze SHEQ statistics and incident reports. Issue monthly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of all matters.
- Other duties as required.
- Diploma in occupational health and safety with 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
- Experience of internal auditing and maintenance of ISO standards, documentation, and requirements.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems).
- English language skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
