Hays is partnered with a leading regional asset management platform is building out its international investment offering from the ground up - starting with US real estate and private equity, and expanding across asset classes and geographies over time. This is a rare opportunity to own that build-out end to end, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and building relationships with tier-one international GPs, and negotiating the commercial terms that bring their strategies into the region
• Leading investment and operational due diligence on prospective managers and funds
• Taking products from first conversation through committee approval, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management
• Building the regulatory and fund structuring backbone that brings US real estate and private equity strategies to regional investors in a fully compliant, tax-efficient form.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in asset management product development, fund structuring, manager selection/fund-of-funds, or alternatives distribution
• CFA and/or CAIA strongly preferred; GCC/Saudi market and CMA regulatory familiarity a strong plus
• Cross-border US structuring exposure highly desirable
• Private Equity & Real Estate experience is essential

This is a genuine platform-building mandate for someone who wants to shape an international investment offering from scratch, not inherit an existing book.

Note to applicants: This role does not require relocation to Riyadh; the selected candidate can work remotely from any GCC country.
