One of Saudi’s leading development projects is seeking the grow their legal team, with the need for new contentious construction lawyers. The role will be based in Riyadh.

• In-house disputes roles are generally very rare, you need to take notice when they turn up.
• This is one of the leading Saudi projects, they have plenty of work.
• High quality international legal team to work with.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on a wide variety of claims, disputes, and arbitrations, managing processes and outside counsel involvement.
• The work can cover general commercial contracts, construction, engineering and finance.
• Giving strategic advice in order to try and minimise risk.

Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed:

• It’s essential that you’re a common law qualified lawyer with 5-12 years’ of PQE.
• You’ll need to have worked at either top law firms or international company environments.
• Have a strong background across complex, high value construction and infrastructure projects and disputes.
