شركة Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers تعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين استشاري أمراض القلب التداخلية (Consultant Interventional Cardiologist) في السعودية. يتحمل الاستشاري المسؤولية الكاملة لتقديم ممارسة سريرية عالية المستوى في تقييم وتشخيص وعلاج مرضى القلب، والمشاركة الفاعلة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة المستمرة بالقسم والمستشفى لتحقيق أهداف المجموعة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العيادات المخصصة وفق الجدول المعتمد من المدير الطبي.
  • إدخال المرضى للرعاية عند الحاجة ضمن حدود الصلاحيات المعتمدة.
  • المسؤولية عن التقييم الأولي، التحقيق، تحليل وتفسير النتائج السريرية والمخبرية، الوصول للتشخيص، العلاج، وإعادة التقييم ومتابعة المرضى حتى التشخيص النهائي.
  • وصف وصرف الأدوية والعلاج والرعاية المناسبة لعلاج المرض أو منع مضاعفاته.
  • شرح الإجراءات ومناقشة نتائج التشخيص أو العلاجات الموصوفة مع المرضى أو المرافقين المصرح لهم.
  • مراقبة حالة المريض وتقدمه وإعادة التقييم والعلاج وفقاً لذلك.
  • تحويل المريض إلى استشاريين/أخصائيين آخرين عند الضرورة، والتشاور مع الأطباء الآخرين عند الطلب.
  • إجراء الجولات اليومية على المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه وأي مرضى محولين.
  • توثيق وضمان اكتمال جميع السجلات الطبية للمرضى وفق سياسات المستشفى وتحديث تقدم المريض بشكل مناسب.
  • المصادقة على السجلات الطبية في الإدخالات الأولية وملاحظات التقدم عبر تسجيل الدخول باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصة به في سجلات الصحة للمرضى.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من إدخالات وملاحظات جميع الكوادر الطبية المبتدئة في حالة المرضى تحت رعايته.
  • إجراء الإجراءات التشخيصية و/أو العلاجية المصرح له بها كاستشاري.
  • الموافقة على ملخص الخروج المكتمل، خطة المتابعة، والتقرير الطبي للمرضى.
  • تولي مهام رئيس القسم عند الحاجة من الإدارة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع السياسات والإجراءات والقواعد واللوائح والبروتوكولات والإرشادات والمسارات السريرية المعتمدة التي توجه وتدعم تقديم الخدمات السريرية.
  • توجيه والإشراف والتنسيق لأنشطة الأخصائيين والمقيمين والممرضين والمعالجين والمساعدين وغيرهم من الكوادر الطبية المشاركة في رعاية المرضى.
  • تقديم المشورة والمساهمة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات كجزء من برنامج تحسين الجودة المستمر للقسم.
  • المشاركة في لجان القسم/المستشفى حسب المطلوب.
  • ضمان احترام القيم الإسلامية والآداب الطبية والالتزام بها بدقة.
  • المسؤولية عن المناوبات حسب سياسة المستشفى.
  • حضور حالات Code Blue عند الحاجة والمشاركة في جميع حالات الطوارئ الأخرى بالمستشفى.
  • تقديم التقارير الطبية والمعلومات للمرضى عند طلب رئيس القسم أو مدير المستشفى/المدير الطبي.
  • تحديد وإبلاغ الإدارة بجميع الحالات الطبية القانونية في الوقت المناسب وفق سياسة المستشفى.
  • المشاركة في تقديم الأنشطة السريرية/الأكاديمية للمستشفى.
  • القيام بدور نشط في تثقيف المريض وعائلته حول نمط الحياة الصحي، والمساهمة في توعية المجتمع بشكل عام بقضايا الصحة.
  • الالتزام بالدوام والانتظام في المهام المكلف بها وفق الجدول.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات المستشفى.
  • الحصول على الموافقة المستنيرة لجميع المرضى وفق سياسة المستشفى قبل إجراء أي إجراء تشخيصي أو جراحة أو فحص أو علاج.
  • المشاركة في قيادة مبادرات الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص التي تنفذها مجموعة HMG.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتدريب bedside والإشراف للمتدربين الجامعيين والدراسات العليا (المتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء) حسب التكليف.
  • المشاركة في تعليم الذات والآخرين والتدريب والتطوير حسب الحاجة، وفي الأنشطة التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية للقسم.
  • إثراء تجربة المريض بالتعاطف والاحترام والكرامة.
  • أداء المهام والواجبات الأخرى الموكلة إليه ضمن نطاق معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خريج كلية طب معترف بها من المجلس الطبي في بلد المنشأ.
  • إكمال برامج التدريب الداخلي والإقامة المناسبة.
  • مؤهلات دراسات عليا في التخصص.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات في الممارسة بالتخصص بعد الحصول على الدرجة العليا في مستشفى رعاية ثالثية.
  • يفضل وجود درجة تخصص فرعي أو تدريب تخصص فرعي منظم.
  • عضوية، زمالة و/أو شهادة البورد في التخصص المعني.
  • ترخيص مهني ساري من بلد المنشأ مقبول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية ووزارة الصحة.

Description

Job Purpose / Objective

Consultant Interventional Cardiologist is fully responsible to provide high standard of clinical practice and expertise in the assessment, investigation, diagnosis and treatment of patients in the area of Cardiology. Physician should actively involve in continuous quality improvement activities of department and hospital to achieve the goals of HMG.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Manage the assigned clinics as per the approved rota by the Medical Director.
  • Admit the patients under care whenever indicated within the limits of the approved and assigned privileges.
  • Responsible for the initial assessment, investigation, analysis & interpretation of the clinical findings and test results, arriving at diagnosis, treatment, and re-assessment and follow- up of the patients to reach a final diagnosis.
  • Prescribe, administer medication, therapy, and/or other appropriate care to treat or prevent further complication of the disease.
  • Responsible for explaining procedures and discussing diagnostic results or prescribed treatments with the patients and/or with the authorized attendants.
  • Monitor the patient’s condition and progress and re-evaluate/ re-assessment and treat the patient accordingly.
  • Refer the patient to other consultants/specialists when necessary, also consult, or provide consulting services to, other physicians whenever requested.
  • Undertake daily rounds on Patients admitted under his/her name and any referred patients.
  • Document and ensure completeness of all medical records of the patients as per the policies of the hospital and update on the progress of the patient appropriately.
  • Authenticate the medical records at initial entries and progress notes by logging in with own username and password in Patient Health Records.
  • Review and validate the entries and notes of all junior medical staff in case of patients under his care.
  • Perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures for which the Consultant is privileged for.
  • Approve the completed discharge summary, follow-up plan, medical report of the patients.
  • Assume duties as the Head of the department as and when required by the management.
  • Ensure the implementation of all approved policies, procedures, rules, regulations, protocols, guidelines and clinical pathways that guide and support the provision of clinical services.
  • Direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of specialists, residents, nurses, therapists, assistants and other medical staff involved in patient care.
  • Advise and contribute to the development of policies and procedures as part of the continuous quality improvement program of the department.
  • Serve on Departmental / Hospital Committees as required.
  • Ensure that Islamic Values and Medical Ethics are respected and strictly observed.
  • Responsible to be On-Call as per hospital policy.
  • Attend the Code Blue, whenever applicable, and should be involved in all other emergency codes of the hospital.
  • Provide the Patient Medical reports and information as and when required by the Head of the department or Hospital Administrator/Medical Director of the Hospital.
  • Identify and bring all Medico-Legal Cases to the notice of the management on time in accordance with the hospital policy.
  • Participate in the provision of clinical / academic activities of the hospital.
  • Play an active role in the education of the patient and his/ her family on a healthy lifestyle. Contributes to awareness and education of the community, in general, on issues related to health.
  • Be regular and punctual in the duties assigned as per the schedule
  • Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Obtain informed consent for all patients in accordance with hospital policy for the undertaking of any diagnostic procedure, operation, test or procedure.
  • Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Provide orientation, bedside training and supervision to undergraduate and postgraduate trainees (interns, residents and fellows) as assigned.
  • Participate in self-and others’ education, training and development as applicable and department’s educational activities and training programs of the department.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity
  • Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Requirements

Education/ Professional Qualification

  • Graduate of Medical School, recognized by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
  • Completion of appropriate internship and residency programs
  • Post-graduate qualifications in the specialty.

Experience

  • At least three (3) years of practice in his / her specialty after obtaining the higher degree in a Tertiary Care Hospital.
  • Subspecialty degree or structured subspecialty training preferred.

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training

  • Membership, Fellowship and/or Board Certification in respective specialty.
  • Relevant licensure from the country of origin, acceptable to Saudi Commission for Health Specialty and Ministry of Health.
