As part of our healthcare partnerships, Deevth® is supporting the development and activation of occupational therapy services within one of our success partner clinics.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and confident Occupational Therapist - Clinical Development Lead to join one of our partner clinics.

This role is suitable for an occupational therapist who is passionate about advancing occupational therapy services, taking leadership responsibilities, and contributing to the development of a strong and modern clinical practice.

The selected candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the occupational therapy service through educational, professional, and awareness content.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and follow-up services

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals

• Support the development and improvement of occupational therapy programs and clinical services

• Take a leadership role in organizing and developing the occupational therapy service

• Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and clinic management

• Contribute to clinical policies, procedures, documentation, and quality standards

• Participate in educational and awareness content related to occupational therapy

• Confidently appear on camera for professional, educational, and promotional content

• Administration tasks whenever needed across company departments 

• Support workshops, community initiatives, and occupational therapy awareness activities

• Identify opportunities to expand and improve the clinic’s occupational therapy services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• 0-5 years of experience in occupational therapy

• Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

• Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative

• Genuine passion for developing occupational therapy services

• Confidence and comfort when speaking or appearing on camera

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Arabic and English communication skills

• Strong organizational, documentation, and patient-management skills

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone proactive, confident, creative, and passionate about occupational therapy.

The preferred candidate should have a leadership mindset and a strong interest in developing occupational therapy beyond routine clinical sessions. They should be capable of representing the service professionally, introducing new ideas, and contributing directly to its growth and long-term development.
