تعلن فنادق Kempinski عن توفر وظيفة معالج سبا (Spa Therapist) في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق السبا والاستجمام لضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة وفقاً لمعايير العلامة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

العمل بفهم واضح لمعايير وقيم ورؤية وأهداف كيمبينسكي وسبا كيمبينسكي. ضمان حصول العملاء على العلاجات المطلوبة والتوصيات المتابعة وفق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية والسياسات المتبعة في السبا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم علاجات السبا وفقاً لقائمة علاجات سبا كيمبينسكي والمعايير والبروتوكولات المحددة.
  • الاحتفاظ بمعرفة عملية شاملة حول إجراءات وفوائد ونتائج جميع العلاجات والمنتجات في السبا.
  • الرجوع إلى العلاجات وتعديلها بناءً على تقييم الحالة الصحية للضيف.
  • تقديم خدمة مميزة وفردية وفريدة للضيوف في السبا.
  • البيع الإضافي والتوصية المدروسة بالعلاجات ومنتجات التجزئة والعناية المنزلية.
  • بدء العلاجات وإنهاؤها في الوقت المحدد.
  • التعامل بثقة مع استفسارات الضيوف أو الشكاوى البسيطة وحلها.
  • ضمان راحة الضيوف وتوفير بيئة ترحيبية حقيقية لجميع الضيوف.
  • إتمام عملية التسليم المناسبة في رحلة الضيف وفقاً للمعيار الموثق، ومتابعة تجربة العلاج والتصرف حيال أي اختلافات.
  • المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة غرف العلاج ومعداتها.
  • المحافظة على السرية التامة في جميع الاتصالات مع الضيوف.
  • تنفيذ مهام المناصب الأخرى داخل السبا حسب الحاجة.
  • الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث والإصابات التي يتعرض لها الضيوف إلى مدير السبا بسرعة وبطريقة مهنية.
  • إضافة مسؤوليات ومهام إضافية في أي وقت وفقاً لاحتياجات العمل والفندق.

Description

To work with a clear understanding of the standards, core values, visions and goals of Kempinski and Kempinski The Spa.


To ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations according to the spa’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.







Key Responsibilities

The duties of Spa Therapist is executed satisfactorily when:

  • Provides spa treatments according to Kempinski the Spa treatment menu, standards and outlined protocols.
  • Retains proper working knowledge of the process, benefit and outcome of all treatments and products in the spa.
  • References and adjusts treatments according to the guest’s health assessment.
  • Delivers special, individualized and unique service to guests in the Spa.
  • Up sells and recommends in a thoughtful way-treatments, retail and homecare.
  • Begins and end treatments on time.
  • Confidently handles and rectifies guest queries or small complaints.
  • Ensures guests comfort and a genuine, welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Ensures a proper handover is completed in the guest journey as per the documented standard; following up on treatment experience and acting on any discrepancies.
  • Maintains the setup, hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and treatment equipment.
  • Maintains complete discretion and confidentially in all communications with guests.
  • Actions other positions’ responsibilities within the spa as required.
  • Reports all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager in a swift and professional manner.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
