OVERVIEW
The Talent & Culture Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all HR systems, attendance tracking, and payroll processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations, ensuring timely payroll processing, and delivering a seamless associate experience through data accuracy and process excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain the HRMS (e.g., Oasys) ensuring accurate employee data records at all times
- Manage onboarding and offboarding transactions within the system
- Ensure all employee records (contracts, personal data, compensation, benefits) are updated and compliant
- Generate HR analytics and reports for leadership (headcount, turnover, payroll costs, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades
- Oversee and validate biometric attendance records for all associates
- Ensure adherence to the payroll cycle (21st to 20th of each month)
- Monitor absenteeism, lateness, and overtime trends and escalate discrepancies
- Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure timely submission and approval of attendance records
- Maintain and audit leave records (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law requirements
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Review payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure statutory compliance (GOSI, WPS, and other regulatory requirements)
- Manage final settlements, leave encashments, and end-of-service benefits
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all payroll data
- Ensure all HR processes comply with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
- Ensure all associates are issued contracts through platforms like Qiwa where applicable
- Monitor adherence to Saudization requirements and payroll compliance thresholds
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong exposure to HRMS and payroll
- Experience in hospitality or luxury environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, payroll regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with HR systems such as Oasys, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
