A confidential, independent executive academy is seeking an experienced and visionary Saudi leader to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, building high-value partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability, and delivering exceptional learning and development programs that meet market needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic and operational plans.

* Oversee overall business operations and ensure achievement of performance and revenue targets.

* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, universities, and private sector organizations.

* Drive the development of professional training programs and industry-recognized certifications.

* Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee outsourced operational partners.

* Ensure sound financial management, governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

* Represent the organization with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

* Proven experience in training, learning & development, executive education, or academy management (experience within the retail or wholesale sector is highly desirable).

* Strong strategic leadership, business development, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

* Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
