المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير أنظمة البنية التحتية الشاملة للمياه لمشاريع المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك شبكات المياه الصالحة للشرب ومرافق المعالجة وأنظمة التوزيع وحلول المياه في المباني الشاهقة، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الإقليمية والدولية.
- توجيه دراسات الجدوى وتقييم الخيارات والتصاميم المفاهيمية لمشاريع المياه المعقدة في إطار المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية، وتحليل المتطلبات الفنية وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية قائمة على البيانات لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- إجراء تحليل ونمذجة هندسية متقدمة لأنظمة المياه المتكاملة باستخدام برامج وأدوات قياسية لتحسين الأداء وفعالية التكلفة والمرونة في البيئات الحضرية عالية الكثافة.
- قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المهندسين المدنيين والمتخصصين البيئيين ومديري المشاريع لتقديم حلول مياه متكاملة تتماشى مع أهداف التطوير الحضري ومتطلبات المخطط الرئيسي.
- إعداد وثائق فنية شاملة تشمل مواصفات التصميم والحسابات والرسومات الإنشائية وتقارير تكامل المخطط الرئيسي التي تلبي معايير الجودة والتنظيم.
- الإشراف على تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها وإدارة المخاطر للبرامج واسعة النطاق، وتحديد التحديات المحتملة واقتراح استراتيجيات التخفيف لضمان التسليم الناجح وفي الوقت المحدد عبر مشاريع متعددة متزامنة.
- التفاعل الاستراتيجي مع العملاء ومرافق المياه والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم متطلبات المشروع المعقدة وتقديم القيادة الفنية وضمان توافق الحلول مع احتياجات التطوير الحضري والمجتمع.
- الترويج لتقنيات المياه الناشئة وممارسات الإدارة المستدامة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية، ودفع الابتكار والتحسين المستمر في نتائج المشاريع والمنهجيات التنظيمية.
- حل التحديات الفنية المعقدة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لحل مشكلات التصميم والتشغيل، خاصة في التطويرات الشاهقة والمتكاملة رأسياً.
- إرشاد المهندسين المبتدئين والمتوسطين، وتعزيز تطوير القدرات الفنية ونقل المعرفة داخل الفريق وعبر المؤسسة.
- المساهمة في التطوير الاستراتيجي والتحسين المستمر للعمليات الهندسية والمعايير والمنهجيات لتعزيز القدرة التنظيمية في تقديم البنية التحتية الحضرية للمياه على نطاق واسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة البيئية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة المياه وتصميم البنية التحتية للمياه ومشاريع التطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق.
- سجل مثبت في تصميم وتقديم أنظمة المياه لمشاريع المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك المباني الشاهقة والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة واضحة في تصميم أنظمة المياه والصرف الصحي للبيئات الحضرية المعقدة، بما في ذلك مخططات المعالجة وشبكات التوزيع وتصميم خطوط الأنابيب.
- إتقان متقدم لبرامج التصميم الهندسي وأدوات CAD (مثل AutoCAD وHEC-RAS وEPANET أو برامج نمذجة مماثلة).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع القدرة على تقييم التحديات الفنية المعقدة وتطوير حلول عملية قابلة للتطوير.

- يفضل: خبرة واسعة في العمل على مشاريع المياه في الشرق الأوسط أو المناطق الجافة/شبه الجافة المماثلة، خاصة ضمن أطر المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية.
- يفضل: خبرة متخصصة في البنية التحتية للمياه للمباني الشاهقة والتطويرات الحضرية الرأسية.
- يفضل: خبرة واضحة في ممارسات إدارة المياه المستدامة وتقنيات الحفاظ على المياه ونهج الاقتصاد الدائري.
- يفضل: خبرة متقدمة في إدارة المشاريع أو شهادات ذات صلة (PMP، PRINCE2) مع قيادة مثبتة على برامج واسعة النطاق.
- يفضل: إتقان نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) وأساليب تسليم المشاريع المتكاملة في البيئات الحضرية المعقدة.
- يفضل: معرفة بالتخفيف من الفيضانات وإدارة مياه الأمطار وأنظمة إعادة استخدام المياه وتخطيط المرونة للمناطق الحضرية.

- Lead the design and development of comprehensive water infrastructure systems for large-scale urban master plan projects, including potable water networks, treatment facilities, distribution systems, and high-rise building water solutions, ensuring compliance with regional and international standards
- Direct feasibility studies, options appraisals, and concept designs for complex water projects within urban master plan frameworks, analyzing technical requirements and providing strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Perform advanced engineering analysis and modeling of integrated water systems using industry-standard software and tools to optimize performance, cost-effectiveness, and resilience in high-density urban environments
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers, to deliver integrated water solutions that align with urban development objectives and master plan requirements
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, calculations, construction drawings, and master plan integration reports that meet quality and regulatory standards
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management for large-scale programs, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Engage strategically with clients, water utilities, government agencies, and stakeholders to understand complex project requirements, provide technical leadership, and ensure solutions align with urban development and community needs
- Champion emerging water technologies, sustainable management practices, and industry best practices, driving continuous innovation and improvement in project outcomes and organizational methodologies
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement corrective actions to resolve design and operational issues, particularly in high-rise and vertically integrated developments
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical capability development and knowledge transfer within the team and across the organization
- Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, and methodologies to enhance organizational capability in large-scale urban water infrastructure delivery
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in water engineering, water infrastructure design, and large-scale urban development projects
- Proven track record of designing and delivering water systems for large-scale urban master plan projects, including high-rise and mixed-use developments
- Demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater system design for complex urban environments, including treatment schemes, distribution networks, and pipeline design
- Advanced proficiency in engineering design software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, EPANET, or similar modeling software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation and present findings to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of water quality standards, environmental regulations, and industry codes applicable to water infrastructure projects in urban contexts
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification, or active progress toward obtaining one
- Chartered or Incorporated status with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, or equivalent regional body)
- Extensive experience working on water projects in the Middle East or similar arid/semi-arid regions, particularly within urban master plan frameworks
- Specialized experience with water infrastructure for high-rise buildings and vertical urban developments
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainable water management practices, water conservation technologies, and circular economy approaches
- Advanced project management experience or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) with demonstrated leadership on large-scale programs
