تعلن شركة كوالكوم (Qualcomm) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لمهندس رئيسي / كبير (Principal/Sr Staff Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق تطوير منصة إدارة البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي (AIMS)، مع التركيز على واجهة المستخدم (UI)، التنسيق (Orchestration)، وإدارة دورة الحياة (Lifecycle Management).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تعمل كوالكوم على توسيع حضورها في الرياض وتوظف مهندسي مراكز بيانات لدعم بنيتها التحتية المتنامية في المنطقة.
- مع تسارع التحول الرقمي في السعودية تحت رؤية 2030، تستثمر كوالكوم في قدرات حاسوبية ومراكز بيانات عالمية المستوى لدعم الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة السحابية والاتصالات المتقدمة.
- الدور يتضمن قيادة تقنية عملية لتطوير حزمة إدارة البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي (AIMS) - وهي منصة برمجية تستخدم لتوفير وتشغيل وإدارة عمليات نشر مراكز بيانات AI واسعة النطاق.
- سيتولى المهندس المسؤولية التقنية العملية عبر مكونات UI والتنسيق وإدارة دورة الحياة في AIMS، بالتعاون مع مديري المنتجات والمهندسين المعماريين والفرق متعددة الوظائف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وامتلاك المكونات الرئيسية لـ AIMS بما في ذلك واجهات المستخدم الموجهة للمشغلين وخدمات التنسيق وسير عمل إدارة دورة الحياة.
- قيادة التنفيذ التقني لعمليات Day-0 إلى Day-2 بما في ذلك التزويد والتكوين والترقية والتوسعة وإيقاف تشغيل بنية AI.
- بناء خدمات تحكم موثوقة وقابلة للملاحظة وقابلة للتوسع تدير الرفوف والمجموعات وأساطيل أنظمة AI.
- التعاون مع فرق UI والمنصة والبرامج الثابتة والأجهزة لضمان سلوك متماسك للنظام من السيليكون إلى البرمجيات.
- المشاركة بنشاط في مراجعات التصميم ومراجعات الكود وتصحيح الأخطاء وتحليل أداء الأنظمة الموزعة.
- العمل كمرشد تقني للمهندسين الكبار رفع المستوى الهندسي العام من خلال الأمثلة والإرشاد.
- تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب ولوحات المعلومات الموجهة للمشغلين باستخدام Node.js.
- تنفيذ سير عمل UI للمراقبة والمخزون وتصور القياسات وعمليات دورة الحياة.
- تصميم وتنفيذ خدمات التنسيق المسؤولة عن تجريد الموارد وجدولة المهام وإدارة دورة عمل أعباء AI.
- بناء وتشغيل خدمات التحكم المنشورة على Kubernetes.
- تنفيذ أتمتة دورة الحياة باستخدام Terraform وAnsible للتزويد والتكوين والتحديثات.
- تصميم آليات آمنة للنشر والترقية والاسترجاع والاسترداد مناسبة لنشر الأساطيل.
- تطوير أتمتة وخدمات بلغة Python لدعم سير عمل دورة الحياة والأدوات التشغيلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في Node.js لتطوير الأنظمة الخلفية والبنية التحتية الموجهة بواجهات المستخدم.
- خبرة عملية في Terraform للبنية التحتية كرمز وإدارة البيئات.
- إتقان استخدام Ansible لإدارة التكوين والأتمتة.
- معرفة صلبة بـ Kubernetes وDocker لنشر وتشغيل الأنظمة الموزعة.
- مهارات قوية في Python لخدمات التنسيق والأدوات والأتمتة.
- خبرة في بناء أو تشغيل برمجيات بنية تحتية أو منصة واسعة النطاق في بيئات الإنتاج.
- خبرة في إدارة أنظمة برمجية كبيرة (Python, C++).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة مع 8+ سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- أو درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة مع 7+ سنوات من الخبرة.
- أو درجة الدكتوراه في الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة مع 6+ سنوات من الخبرة.
- 4+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية مع لغة برمجة مثل C أو C++ أو Java أو Python.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own major components of AIMS spanning operator-facing UI, orchestration services, and lifecycle management workflows.
- Drive technical execution for Day-0 through Day-2 operations including provisioning, configuration, upgrades, expansion, and decommissioning of AI infrastructure.
- Build reliable, observable, and scalable control-plane services that manage racks, clusters, and fleets of AI systems.
- Collaborate with UI, platform, firmware, and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system behavior from silicon to software.
- Participate actively in design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and performance analysis of distributed systems.
- Act as a technical mentor for senior and staff engineers, raising the overall engineering bar through examples and guidance.
- Develop and maintain operator-facing web applications and dashboards using Node.js.
- Implement UI workflows for monitoring, inventory, telemetry visualization, and lifecycle operations.
- Ensure UI components are tightly aligned with backend APIs, state models, and real-world operational workflows.
- Design and implement orchestration services responsible for resource abstraction, scheduling, and workload lifecycle management for AI workloads.
- Build and operate control-plane services deployed on Kubernetes.
- Ensure orchestration logic integrates cleanly with underlying rack and node management systems.
- Implement lifecycle automation using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning, configuration, and updates.
- Design safe rollout, upgrade, rollback, and recovery mechanisms suitable for fleet-scale deployments.
- Develop Python-based automation and services to support lifecycle workflows and operational tooling.
- Strong experience with Node.js for backend and UI-driven infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and environment management.
- Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for deploying and operating distributed systems.
- Strong Python skills for orchestration services, tooling, and automation.
- Experience building or operating large-scale infrastructure or platform software in production environments.
- Experience with managing large software systems (Python, C++)
- Core AIMS components are reliable, scalable, and operable in real customer and internal data center deployments.
- Operators can confidently manage AI infrastructure through intuitive UIs and automated lifecycle workflows.
- The Principal Engineer is recognized as a go-to technical owner for critical AIMS functionality.
