تعلن شركة نوفارتس السعودية (Novartis Saudi Arabia) عن توفر وظيفة رئيس المجال العلاجي الطبي في الرياض، حيث يتولى قيادة الاستراتيجية الطبية والتنفيذ لمجموعة علاجية، وضمان التميز العلمي والمشاركة الفعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة، والتوافق مع الأهداف العالمية والمحلية للمنظمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة الاستراتيجية الطبية والتنفيذ لمجموعة علاجية، مع ضمان التميز العلمي والمشاركة الفعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة، والتوافق مع الأهداف العالمية والمحلية للمنظمة.
- قيادة فريق المجال العلاجي الطبي وتمثيل الشؤون الطبية في الهيكل القيادي للمجموعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الطبية للمجال العلاجي بما يتوافق مع الاستراتيجية العالمية والإقليمية، بما في ذلك التخطيط المتكامل للاستعداد للإطلاق، وإدارة دورة حياة المنتج، ووصول المرضى.
- ترجمة الاستراتيجية إلى خطة طبية تشغيلية للدولة أو المجموعة.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق المجال العلاجي الطبي (القادة الطبيون، مسؤولي الاتصال العلمي، إلخ).
- ضمان التوافق القوي مع الاستراتيجيات التجارية والتنظيمية واستراتيجيات الوصول.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من المصداقية العلمية والطبية داخل المنظمة.
- الإشراف على المعلومات الطبية، وتوليد الأدلة، والتبادل العلمي مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير التيقظ الدوائي والتنظيمية.
- تقديم رؤى طبية لتشكيل الممارسة السريرية والسياسة الصحية.
- دعم والإشراف على: التجارب السريرية (المراحل الأولى إلى الرابعة)، والدراسات التي يبدأها الباحثون، والدراسات غير التداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة MD/MBBS/PharmD/PhD في علوم الحياة. MBA ميزة إضافية.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة في قسم الشؤون الطبية في صناعة الأدوية.
- خبرة في المنتجات التخصصية (specialty products).
- خبرة ومعرفة بالمشهد الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة قيادية كبيرة، وقدرة مثبتة على إدارة وتحفيز فريق من خلفيات متنوعة.

The Therapy Area Medical Head leads the medical strategy and execution for a therapeutic franchise, ensuring scientific excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with global and local business objectives. The role also leads the Franchise Medical team and represents Medical Affairs in the franchise leadership structure.
About The Role
- Develop and execute the Therapy Area Medical Strategy aligned with global and regional strategy including integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management and patient access
- Translate strategy into an operational medical plan for the country or cluster.
- Lead and develop the Therapy Area Medical team (Medical leads, MSLs, etc.).
- Ensure strong alignment with commercial, regulatory, and access strategies.
- Maintain high standards of medical and scientific credibility within the organization.
- Oversee medical information, evidence generation, and scientific exchange with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards.
- Provide medical insights to shape clinical practice and healthcare policy.
- Support and oversee: Clinical trials (Phase I-IV),Investigator-initiated studies (IITs), Non-interventional studies (NIS)
- MD/MBBS/PharmD/PhD in Lifesciences. MBA is a plus
- More than 10 years’ experience in Medical Affairs function in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with specialty products
- Experience and familiar with healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia
- Significant leadership experience, and proven ability to manage and motivate team of diverse backgrounds
