فرصة تدريب داخلي في المبيعات لدى شركة Novartis Pharma Schweiz في القريات، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم مبادرات التوعية بالأمراض والمشاريع التي تهدف إلى تحسين التعرف المبكر على الأمراض وتقليل التأخير في التشخيص.
  • المساعدة في جمع وتحليل وإعداد تقارير حول مسارات المرضى وأنماط الإحالة وتفاعل أصحاب المصلحة في الرعاية الصحية.
  • دعم الفريق في إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير والمواد التعليمية التي تساهم في أهداف التوعية بالأمراض.
  • الحفاظ على بيانات دقيقة للمشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة والأنشطة ضمن أنظمة الشركة.
  • المشاركة في اللقاءات ذات الصلة مع أصحاب المصلحة في الرعاية الصحية والمناقشات الداخلية ومراجعات الأعمال عند الاقتضاء.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف بما في ذلك الشؤون الطبية والشؤون العامة والوصول إلى السوق والتسويق والمبيعات لدعم المبادرات التي تركز على المريض.
  • المساهمة في المشاريع التي تركز على تحديد العوائق أمام التشخيص وفرص تحسين وصول المرضى إلى الرعاية المناسبة.
  • دعم المبادرات التي يكلف بها المدير المباشر مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لسياسات نوفارتس والمعايير الأخلاقية واللوائح المحلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • لا يشترط خبرة عمل سابقة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة تدريبية سابقة أو أنشطة لا منهجية أو مشاريع بحثية أو مبادرات جامعية في مجالات الرعاية الصحية أو علوم الحياة أو الصحة العامة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين قوية.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.
  • اهتمام بمجال الرعاية الصحية ومسارات المرضى ومبادرات التوعية بالأمراض.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel وPowerPoint وWord).
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني عبر عدة وظائف.
  • الرغبة في التعلم والمساهمة في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى.

Major Accountabilities

  • Support disease awareness initiatives and projects that aim to improve early disease recognition and reduce delays in diagnosis.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting insights related to patient pathways, referral patterns, and healthcare stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the team in developing presentations, reports, and educational materials that contribute to disease awareness objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project, stakeholder, and activity data within company systems.
  • Participate in relevant healthcare stakeholder engagements, internal discussions, and business reviews where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial functions to support patient-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects focused on identifying barriers to diagnosis and opportunities to enhance patient access to appropriate care.
  • Support initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring full compliance with Novartis policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience

  • No prior work experience required.
  • Internship experience, extracurricular activities, research projects, or university initiatives in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or related fields are an advantage.

  • Interest in healthcare, patient journeys, and disease awareness initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
