About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing expert knowledge of menu items, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless service from order to payment. Your role is key in creating memorable moments through attentive, professional, and personalized service.

What You Will Do

• Present and describe food and beverage menu items with engaging detail on origin, taste, and preparation.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders, communicate with the kitchen, and coordinate food timings.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Process guest checks, handle payments, and settle voids or complimentary meals correctly.
• Assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Take reservations and support smooth flow of service.
• Work harmoniously with team members while upholding Four Seasons standards of conduct.
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest preferences.
• Team player with a professional and polished appearance.
