Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saudi Arabia for an RN, Patient Education. The professional will be responsible for developing and delivering patient education programs to enhance understanding of medical conditions, treatment plans, and health management strategies. Daily tasks include assessing patient education needs, creating tailored educational materials, conducting one-on-one and group sessions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care. The role also involves promoting health literacy, addressing patient concerns, and evaluating education outcomes for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in patient education, preventive health practices, and health counseling.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging educational content tailored to various patient needs and demographics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proven abilities in organization, planning, and time management to coordinate multiple education programs efficiently.
• Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital tools used for patient education and record management.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in patient education is a plus.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally within a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
