Company Description Mowah is a leading developer and operator of water, energy, and social infrastructure, headquartered in Riyadh and active across the GCC and Egypt.

Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and equipment to support Mowah’s infrastructure projects. The Warehouse Supervisor plans and assigns tasks to warehouse team members, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory levels and records, optimizing material handling workflows, and ensuring proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment. The role also involves collaborating with procurement, logistics, and project teams to meet operational timelines, resolving discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience leading warehouse or logistics teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving activities, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong material handling capabilities, with knowledge of safe loading, unloading, storage, and movement of goods.
• Inventory control skills, including stock monitoring, cycle counts, reconciliation, and use of warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment safely, with relevant certifications where applicable.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards within warehouse operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
