المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات الرعاية الأولية لمتدربي وموظفي المؤسسة، بما في ذلك الاستشارات الخارجية والتشخيص والعلاج والإدارة المستمرة للحالات الحادة والمزمنة.
- إجراء التقييمات السريرية، وطلب وتفسير الفحوصات، ووصف الأدوية، والتنسيق مع مقدمي الرعاية التمريضية والصحية المساعدة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة واستخدام أنظمة السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية.
- تعزيز الصحة والرعاية الوقائية، بما في ذلك حملات التطعيم والمشاركة في الاستجابة للطوارئ للحوادث في الموقع.
- المساهمة في التثقيف الصحي وتدريب الموظفين على الموضوعات الطبية الأساسية.
- التعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة طبية (MBBS أو ما يعادلها) من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- رخصة/تسجيل ساري الممارسة كطبيب عام في المملكة العربية السعودية (أو القدرة على الحصول عليها).
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في الطب والرعاية الأولية، بما في ذلك الخبرة في التقييم السريري العام والتشخيص وإدارة الحالات الشائعة.
- الكفاءة في طب الأسرة، مع مهارات في الرعاية الوقائية وإدارة الأمراض المزمنة والدعم الشامل للمرضى عبر مختلف الفئات العمرية.

Role Description This is a full-time General Practitioner physician role based in Riyadh with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility as appropriate to clinical and administrative responsibilities. The General Practitioner will provide primary care services to TVTC trainees and staff, including outpatient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Daily tasks include conducting clinical assessments, ordering and interpreting investigations, prescribing medications, coordinating with nursing and allied health professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves health promotion, preventive care, vaccination campaigns, and participation in emergency response for on-site incidents. In addition, the physician will contribute to health education, staff training on basic medical topics, and collaboration with external healthcare providers and regulatory bodies as needed.

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, including expertise in general clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of common conditions.
- Competence in Family Medicine, with skills in preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic patient support across different age groups.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing professionals, supporting high-quality patient care, triage, and follow-up.
- Experience or interest in Training, including providing health education, clinical guidance, and basic medical training to staff and trainees.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid license/registration to practice as a General Practitioner in Saudi Arabia (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Proficiency in maintaining clear, accurate medical documentation and using electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, educational environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to local health regulations and safety standards.
- Experience in occupational health or healthcare within educational or institutional settings is an advantage.
