تعلن Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy عن شغل وظيفة Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) لصالح عميلها، إحدى المجموعات الرائدة في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والتوصيل السريع والتوصيل في الميل الأخير في المملكة. مقر العمل الرياض، مع تغطية على مستوى المملكة. يُفضل المرشحون السعوديون.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن الربح والخسارة التجاريين (P&L) بما في ذلك الإيرادات والهوامش والأعمال الجديدة المربحة عبر مبيعات الشركات والقطاعات الوطنية والإقليمية.
- استعادة النمو وإعادة بناء المحرك التجاري من حيث الهيكل وتغطية الحسابات والأهداف والانضباط في الأداء.
- قيادة المبيعات والتسويق والتسعير وتجربة العملاء كوظيفة تجارية واحدة منسجمة.
- إدارة علاقات الحسابات الرئيسية والحكومية/المشاريع العملاقة على أعلى المستويات.
- دفع السعودة في الخطوط الأمامية التجارية وبناء قادة سعوديين في المجال التجاري.
- إعادة بناء إطار الحوافز وحوكمة التسعير لمكافأة الأعمال الجديدة المربحة.
- الشراكة مع العمليات والتكنولوجيا لتحويل الاستراتيجية التجارية إلى خدمة وقيمة للعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- قائد تجاري أول مثبت (CCO / نائب رئيس الشؤون التجارية / مدير تجاري) في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية أو البريد السريع أو سلسلة التوريد أو قطاع خدمات B2B كبير مماثل.
- خبرة مثبتة في ملكية P&L وسجل حافل في نمو الإيرادات المربحة والتحول التجاري.
- معرفة عميقة بسوق المملكة ودول الخليج، مع علاقات قائمة مع الحسابات الرئيسية والحكومة والمشاريع العملاقة.
- قائد قوي لفِرق تجارية كبيرة ومتعددة المناطق، مع سجل في السعودة.
- فطنة تجارية ومالية (التسعير، الهوامش، حوكمة الصفقات) وقدرة على إشراك أصحاب المصلحة لدفع التغيير في مؤسسة متحولة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. يُفضل بشدة المرشحون السعوديون أو القادة المثبتون في السوق السعودي.

The Mandate , What Success Looks Like
- Own the commercial P&L , revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national / industry, and regional sales
- Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine , structure, account coverage, targets, and performance discipline
- Lead sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience as one aligned commercial function
- Own key-account and government / giga-project relationships at the most senior level
- Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and build the Saudi commercial-leadership pipeline
- Rebuild the incentive and pricing-governance framework , rewarding profitable new business, simple, timely, and well governed
- Partner with operations and technology to turn commercial strategy into delivered service and customer value
The person we are looking for
- A proven senior commercial leader (CCO / VP Commercial / Commercial Director) in logistics, courier / express, supply chain, or a comparable large B2B service sector
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and a track record of profitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround
- Deep Saudi / GCC market knowledge, with established key-account and government / giga-project relationships
- A strong leader of scaled, multi-region commercial teams, with proven Saudization delivery
- Commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, deal governance) and the stakeholder skill to drive change in a transforming organisation
- Arabic and English. Saudi nationals and Saudi-market-proven leaders strongly preferred
