تعلن شركة Galadari Saudi Industrial Company (GSIC)، إحدى شركات مجموعة Galadari Brothers ومقرها الإمارات، عن توفر وظيفة (Information Technology Officer) في مدينة الرياض. نحن نبحث عن مرشح سعودي الجنسية يتمتع بمهارات تواصل ممتازة وروح المبادرة لتقديم الدعم التقني اليومي لجميع فروع الشركة في المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تكوين ونشر وصيانة أجهزة الحاسوب المحمولة والمكتبية والطابعات والأجهزة المحمولة
- تثبيت وإعادة تنسيق وإعادة تكوين أنظمة التشغيل والتطبيقات التجارية
- تقديم دعم تقني من المستوى الأول وحل المشكلات التقنية اليومية للمستخدمين في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية
- دعم قسم الموارد البشرية في عملية إعداد الموظفين الجدد، بما في ذلك إنشاء حسابات تقنية وتخصيص الأجهزة وإعداد محطات العمل
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات والبريد الإلكتروني
- التنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمة عند الحاجة
- الحفاظ على سجلات أصول تقنية المعلومات وضمان تتبع وإدارة الأجهزة بشكل صحيح
- المساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة والتحديثات الأمنية والمشاريع التقنية حسب الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي علاقة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دعم تقنية المعلومات
- إلمام قوي بأنظمة تشغيل Windows وMicrosoft 365 وأساسيات الشبكات
- خبرة في إعداد وإعادة تنسيق وتكوين واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة الحاسوب المحمولة والمكتبية وإصلاحها
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ودعم المستخدمين عبر مواقع متعددة
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة

IT Officer (Saudi National) - Riyadh
Galadari Saudi Industrial Company (GSIC) is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Officer to join our team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support across the Kingdom, ensuring employees have the tools and technical assistance required to operate efficiently. This role will be responsible for laptop and desktop setup, system configuration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting HR with onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
- Install, reformat, and reconfigure operating systems and business applications
- Provide first-line IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues for users across Saudi Arabia
- Support HR with new joiner onboarding, including IT account creation, equipment allocation, and workstation setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and email-related issues
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure equipment is properly tracked and managed
- Assist with system upgrades, security updates, and IT projects as needed
Requirements:
- Saudi National
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 + years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience setting up, reformatting, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support users across multiple locations
- Fluent in Arabic and English
