نبذة عن الوظيفة
فني صيانة أول في التجميع العام مسؤول عن قيادة وتنسيق فنيي الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة لضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق وفعال لجميع معدات وأنظمة التجميع العام. يوفر الدور قيادة فنية عبر مراحل ما قبل المعالجة، الطلاء الكهربائي، التمهيدي، الطلاء الأساسي، الطلاء الشفاف، الأفران، الناقلات، أنظمة الفحص، المرافق، وأنظمة التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي (ASRS)، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والبيئة. يلعب قائد الفريق دورًا رئيسيًا في إدارة الأعطال، تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية، تطوير الفريق، والتحسين المستمر، بصفته نقطة التصعيد الفنية الأولى بين الفنيين والهندسة والعمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتعيين وإشراف فنيي الكهرباء والميكانيكا والأتمتة عبر المناوبات.

- ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين تخصصات الميكانيكا والكهرباء والأتمتة.
- دعم التشغيل الأولي والترقيات وتعديلات معدات التجميع العام.
- تقديم دعم فني عملي للمشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة المعقدة.
- توجيه تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وضمان إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية قوية.
- دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الأنظمة التي تعمل بـ PLC والروبوتات والأفران والناقلات والمرافق وأنظمة السلامة.
- التحقق من استقرار النظام وجاهزيته قبل تسليم المعدات للإنتاج.
- فرض الامتثال الصارم لمتطلبات LOTO ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية وسلامة الكهرباء والآلات والمناطق الخطرة.
- ضمان توافق أنشطة الصيانة مع معايير OEM وقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المصنع والالتزامات التنظيمية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بـ ISO/QMS وبيئة العمل الداخلية ومتطلبات العملاء.
- ضمان تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية بنسبة التزام عالية.
- مراقبة اتجاهات الأعطال ومتوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF) ومتوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتوقف.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين الموثوقية والتوافر وقابلية الصيانة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير المناوبات وسجلات التصعيد.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج وهندسة العمليات والجودة والمرافق.
- دعم مناقشات تخطيط الإنتاج وتحديد أولويات الصيانة والمشاركة في الاجتماعات التشغيلية اليومية ومتابعة الإجراءات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5-6 سنوات في الصيانة في مجال تصنيع السيارات أو بيئات مصانع الدهان.
- خبرة عملية في الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات وتقديم الدعم عند الطلب حسب احتياجات الإنتاج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة.
- فهم أنظمة التجميع العام: الناقلات، الأفران، المضخات، المراوح، الكبائن، والمرافق.
- معرفة الأنظمة القائمة على PLC والروبوتات الصناعية ودوائر السلامة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الميكانيكية والكهربائية ومنطق التحكم.
- الإلمام بأدوات الصيانة التنبؤية ومراقبة الحالة.
- القدرة على قيادة فرق صيانة متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار أثناء الأعطال والمواقف الحرجة للإنتاج.
- قدرة منظمة على حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
- Ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and as per priority.
- Coach and mentor technicians to improve technical capability and problem-solving skills.
- Manage shift handovers, workload balancing, and on-call response. Maintenance Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all GA assets.
- Act as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery.
- Ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
- Support commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of GA equipment. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Guide root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems, robots, ovens, conveyors, utilities, and safety systems.
- Verify system stability and process readiness before equipment handover to production. Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet OEM standards, plant EHS rules, and regulatory obligations.
- Support audits related to ISO/QMS internal EHS, and customer requirements. Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed with high compliance.
- Monitor breakdown trends, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, shift reports, and escalation logs. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams.
- Support production planning discussions and maintenance prioritization. Participate in daily operational meetings and action tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Understanding of General Assembly:
- Conveyors, ovens, pumps, fans, booths, and utilities
- PLC-based systems, industrial robots, and safety circuits
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and condition monitoring. Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
- Strong decision-making skills during breakdown and production-critical situations.
- Structured problem-solving and RCA capability.
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- High safety awareness and accountability mindset.
- Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- 5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.
- Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance.
- Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support as per production needs
