Riyadh | Hybrid (Mostly Remote) | Hourly | 3-Month Testing Phase

This is not a traditional job opportunity.

You’ll be working directly with a Saudi founder who is currently forming a small team to shape, test, and validate a startup idea before deciding whether to officially build the company.

We’re looking for someone based in Riyadh, preferably with 0-3 years of experience, who is smart, organized, curious, and enjoys learning by building.

You don’t need to be an expert. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think clearly, stay organized, and enjoy solving new challenges.

You’ll help with:

• Market and competitor research
• Customer discovery and market validation
• Organizing ideas, research, and business documents
• Coordinating meetings and follow-ups
• Supporting planning and day-to-day execution
• Turning discussions into actionable next steps
• Assisting in shaping, testing, and developing the startup idea

Most of the work is remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Riyadh, such as customer meetings, team discussions, or workshops.

The initial phase will last 3 months and will be paid on an hourly basis.

If we decide to officially build the startup after this phase, there may be an opportunity to continue with the team as a Founder’s Associate.
