One of our leading Real Estate & Construction clients is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to identify project scope and commercial risks.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop project budgets and cost plans throughout different design stages.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and technical teams during the tendering process.
• Support project handover by ensuring accurate commercial documentation and estimates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of estimation experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi/GCC market rates, BOQs, tendering, and quantity take-offs.
• Good understanding of FIDIC contracts, Saudi Building Code, and local regulations.
• SCE Membership
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market rates, local suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code, municipality regulations, and local procurement practices.
• Solid understanding of contract types (lump sum, unit rate, cost plus) and FIDIC conditions.
