The Senior Technical Office Engineer is responsible for managing cost control, tendering, contract administration, and financial coordination across development projects, ensuring commercial accuracy and contractual compliance.

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Conduct technical and financial evaluation of contractor quotations
• Manage contractor payments, invoices, claims, and variation orders
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts and cost control reports
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with specifications
• Monitor project budgets and forecast financial performance
• Ensure compliance with contractual and cost control procedures
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certification in contracts or cost management (preferred).

• 8-12 years of experience in technical office, cost control, or quantity surveying roles.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and villa projects preferred.

• Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, and cost control systems.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and contractual frameworks.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and cost control software.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual clauses and commercial risks.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Commercially aware and financially disciplined.
• Proactive with strong ownership mindset.
