تعلن Cognition، شركة عالمية رائدة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، عن توفر فرصة للتعاقد لمدة 6 أشهر مع إمكانية التحويل إلى وظيفة دائمة، لوظيفة منسق عمليات الموارد البشرية والتوظيف (عقد)، في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق العمليات الدولية لدعم التوظيف ودورة حياة الموظف عبر مناطق الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق وجدولة المقابلات عبر مناطق الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ وأوروبا والولايات المتحدة مع إدارة فروق التوقيت بدقة وسرعة.
- التواصل مع المرشحين في الأسواق الدولية بوصفك نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية.
- ضمان تجربة مرشح متسقة وعالية الجودة من أول اتصال وحتى مرحلة العرض.
- متابعة تقدم المرشحين في نظام تتبع المتقدمين (ATS) وضمان دقة البيانات وتحديثها في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم مسؤولي التوظيف في لوجستيات المقابلات وجمع التغذية الراجعة وتنسيق العروض للمرشحين الدوليين.
- دعم عملية الإعداد للموظفين الجدد في مناطق الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ بالتعاون مع الشركاء المحليين وفرق العمليات الدولية.
- المساعدة في عمليات إنهاء الخدمة وتحديث دورة حياة الموظف عبر المناطق.
- الحفاظ على دقة بيانات الموظفين في أنظمة الموارد البشرية للسكان الدوليين.
- دعم تتبع الامتثال بالتعاون مع المستشارين المحليين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- المساعدة في تفعيل سياسات الموارد البشرية العالمية مع مراعاة متطلبات السوق المحلية.
- التعاون مع فريق الموارد البشرية الدولي لتوحيد وتحسين سير العمل العالمي في التوظيف والموارد البشرية.
- دعم إعداد التقارير حول نشاط التوظيف الدولي ووقت التوظيف والمقاييس التشغيلية.
- تحديد فجوات العمليات عبر المناطق والمساهمة في حلول قابلة للتطوير والتكرار.
- المساعدة في المبادرات المشتركة بين المناطق مع توسع Cognition عالمياً.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية (شرط أساسي).
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في تنسيق التوظيف أو عمليات الموارد البشرية أو دعم الموظفين الدولي.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في دعم مناطق متعددة أو العمل عبر مناطق زمنية مختلفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل.
- إلمام بأنظمة ATS و HRIS (يفضل Lever أو Greenhouse أو Workday أو ما يشابهها).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- سلوك مهني وحذر وثقة في التعامل مع المعلومات السرية.
- قدرة على التكيف والمبادرة والعمل بكفاءة في بيئة عالمية سريعة الوتيرة.

The Role

Based in Riyadh, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience. We are initially hiring on contract with the chance to go permanent after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
International Recruiting Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets
- Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
- Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Support recruiters with interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination for international hires
- Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working closely with local partners and international People Ops teams
- Assist with offboarding processes and employee lifecycle updates across regions
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems for international populations
- Support compliance tracking in partnership with local advisors and internal stakeholders
- Help operationalise global people policies while respecting local market requirements
- Partner with the International People team to standardise and improve global recruiting and HR workflows
- Support reporting on international hiring activity, time to hire, and operational metrics
- Identify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable, repeatable solutions
- Assist with cross regional people initiatives as Cognition expands globally
- Saudi national (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment
- International exposure across MENA and APAC markets
