Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Atlassian Solutions Architect, based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves designing and implementing tailored Atlassian solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, consulting with stakeholders to define requirements, developing integration solutions, and overseeing the deployment and optimization of the Atlassian suite. The Atlassian Solutions Architect will also provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure seamless execution of solutions.

• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams and provide technical advisory across multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that align with business goals, scope, and cost considerations.
• Delivering high-quality solutions on time, while managing scope, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strategic thinking with experience leading demos/POCs, and identifying opportunities.
• A problem-solving mindset, sense of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to design and implement scalable Atlassian solutions.
• Strong experience in Consulting and Business Process analysis to identify client needs and align technology solutions with business goals.
• Deep expertise across Atlassian solution domains, including ITSM, Agile at Scale, and DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Bitbucket, and Confluence in complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to translate them into tooling configurations.
• Holding Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-620, ACP-420, ACP-120) and relevant accreditations in sales and delivery tracks is a strong plus.
• Holding non-Atlassian certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation or higher, SAFe 6, or DevOps-related certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an aptitude for working collaboratively in hybrid work environments.
