MechTech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology implementation projects. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and software implementation processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and support multiple software implementation and technology product development projects simultaneously.
2. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
3. Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to identify potential risks or delays proactively.
4. Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings; document Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
5. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and reports to provide clear visibility of project status to stakeholders.
6. Coordinate client communications effectively to provide timely updates on project progress and implementation stages.
7. Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and task allocation to optimize project execution.
8. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project status reports summarizing progress, challenges, and next steps.
9. Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
10. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth project completion.
11. Manage a small team member, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project coordination and delivery.
