شركة technology& تعلن عن حاجتها العاجلة لتعيين مهندس منصة رئيسي (Principal Platform Architect) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن برنامج حكومي تقني عالي التأثير.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس منصة رئيسي للانضمام إلى برنامج حكومي تقني ضخم في السعودية. الوظيفة دوام كامل وحضورية (Onsite) ضمن فريق تسليم صغير ومتخصص يضم خبراء في الواجهة الخلفية والذكاء الاصطناعي والواجهة الأمامية والعمليات. يتم توفير تأشيرة عمل وفرصة للانتقال الفوري.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة بنية المنصة والتكامل، بما في ذلك البوابة والتوجيه (Gateway & Routing)، العزل والفصل بين المستأجرين (Tenancy & Segregation)، بيئة تشغيل الوكلاء (Agent Runtime)، السوق والتسجيل (Registry & Marketplace)، ناقل الأحداث (Event Backbone)، وتخطيط السعة (Capacity Planning).
  • قيادة عملية التصميم عالي المستوى (HLD) والتصميم منخفض المستوى (LLD) واجتياز موافقات الأمن والامتثال لدى العميل.
  • تقديم خبرة سابقة في إخضاع منصة متعددة المستأجرين لمراجعة أمنية رسمية (Formal Security Architecture Review).
  • العمل ضمن فريق تسليم صغير متعدد التخصصات يضم خبراء في الواجهة الخلفية والذكاء الاصطناعي والواجهة الأمامية والعمليات.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين ومهندسي الحلول لضمان تحقيق المتطلبات الوظيفية والتنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال بنية المنصات أو بنية الحلول.
  • خبرة قوية وعملية في لغة بايثون (Python) - بيئة تعتمد على بايثون بشكل أساسي.
  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع أنظمة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLM) مثل بوابات LLM، والبنى الوكيلية (Agentic Architectures)، وخطوط الاسترجاع (Retrieval Pipelines).
  • خبرة في تصميم منصات سحابية أصلية (Cloud-Native) متعددة المستأجرين - يُفضل العمل مع بيئات AKS/Kubernetes.
  • سجل حافل في قيادة البنية خلال مراجعات الحوكمة والأمن الرسمية لدى عملاء مؤسسات أو حكومة.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية لقيادة جلسات التصميم والحصول على موافقات أصحاب المصلحة.
  • التوفر الفوري للانضمام والانتقال إلى السعودية - لا يُقبل فترات الإشعار الطويلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان لغة Python (Python-first environment).
  • خبرة في أنظمة AI/LLM (بوابات، بنى وكيلية، خطوط استرجاع).
  • خبرة في بنية المنصات متعددة المستأجرين والسحابية الأصلية (AKS/Kubernetes).
  • خبرة في قيادة المراجعة الأمنية والحوكمة للمنصات.
  • مهارات اتصال وعرض تقديمي متقدمة.

Urgent Hiring: Principal Platform Architect | Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

We are seeking a Principal Platform Architect for a high-impact government technology programme in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position with a client delivering a large-scale, multi-tenant digital platform for a government enablement initiative.


Role Overview

  • Own platform and integration architecture, including gateway and routing, tenancy and segregation, agent runtime, registry and marketplace, event backbone, and capacity planning
  • Lead High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) through client security and compliance approval processes
  • Bring prior experience taking a multi-tenant platform through a formal security architecture review
  • Work as part of a small, senior, cross-functional delivery squad spanning backend, AI, frontend, and operations
  • Partner closely with government stakeholders and solution architects to ensure delivery meets non-functional and regulatory requirements


Required Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 10 years of relevant platform/solutions architecture experience
  • Strong hands-on background in Python (Python-first environment)
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM-based systems (e.g., LLM gateways, agentic architectures, retrieval pipelines)
  • Experience architecting multi-tenant, cloud-native platforms (AKS/Kubernetes environments preferred)
  • Track record of leading architecture through formal governance/security review with enterprise or government clients
  • Strong communication skills to lead design ceremonies and stakeholder approvals
  • Must be immediately available to join and relocate - no extended notice periods
