شركة Democrance، وهي شركة تكنولوجيا تأمين رائدة، تبحث عن قائد مصمم تجربة وواجهة مستخدم (UX/UI Designer Lead) للعمل في السعودية (للمواطنين السعوديين فقط) بدوام كامل وبدء فوري.

Democrance هي شركة تكنولوجيا تأمين تعمل على جعل التأمين متاحًا وبأسعار معقولة للمستهلكين عبر القنوات الرقمية والجوال. نقوم بأتمتة سلسلة القيمة الكاملة لمبيعات التأمين بدءًا من التسويق وحتى معالجة المطالبات، مما يحقق زيادة كبيرة في كفاءة مبيعات حملات التأمين، ويتيح لشركات التأمين الوصول إلى شرائح سوقية جديدة دون تكلفة مسبقة. نحن نعمل مع مزودي التأمين العالميين لدعم ابتكار منتجاتهم وعملياتهم. سينخرط قائد مصمم تجربة وواجهة المستخدم في جميع مراحل دورة تطوير التصميم: التفاعل مع العملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين، إنشاء نماذج أنظمة التطبيقات، والمشاركة في اجتماعات التصميم داخليًا ومع العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم منتجات تركز على العملاء في مجال تجربة وواجهة المستخدم بشكل تدريجي ومتكرر من منظور تصميم الحلول.
  • العمل على تحسين العمليات الإبداعية والمساعدة في تطوير الأفكار والمفاهيم المبتكرة.
  • تحديد تخطيط التنقل وكيفية تفاعل العملاء معه.
  • تحديد نطاق ووقت العمل للتصميم الإبداعي.
  • إنشاء خرائط الموقع، وهياكل واجهة المستخدم المتماسكة، والرسوم التخطيطية للهيكل (Wireframes)، ومخططات سير العمل، والنماذج التفاعلية والنسخ الأولية (Prototypes).
  • جمع متطلبات قابلية الاستخدام (مثل جلسات الاستخدام مع الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين) ودمج الملاحظات في تحسينات تجربة المستخدم و/أو الميزات الجديدة، بما في ذلك التنقل وقابلية الاستخدام.
  • البحث في تصميم التفاعل وأحدث اتجاهات التكنولوجيا ومشاركتها مع الفريق.
  • قيادة وإجراء اختبارات قابلية الاستخدام.
  • التفاعل مع مهندسي الحلول والمبرمجين لتطوير نموذج أولي للميزات والمنتجات الجديدة.
  • الامتثال لتراكم أعمال السبرنت (Sprint Backlog) من حيث تحديد أولويات الأنشطة.
  • حضور اجتماع الوقوف اليومي (Daily Stand-up Meeting).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • محفظة أعمال (Portfolio) لمشاريع التصميم متاحة عبر الإنترنت.
  • 5+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة في تصميم حلول التجارة الإلكترونية وحلول B2B.
  • خبرة في بيئات SaaS.
  • خبرة في قطاع التأمين / الخدمات المالية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بأدوات مثل Figma، Adobe XD، Zeplin، InVision، Balsamiq، Sketch، Flinto وغيرها.
  • قدرة مثبتة على الابتكار وتصميم تجارب استثنائية للمستخدم.
  • القدرة على إدارة الأولويات، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية، وقيادة العمل من المفهوم إلى الإنجاز.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة في تعريف وتقديم وتوثيق العناصر في المشاريع.
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل عبر الحدود الجغرافية والثقافية، ومع العملاء المعقدين الذين يشملون أصحاب مصلحة متعددين وشركاء محتملين في النظام البيئي.
  • القدرة على العمل عبر عدد من العملاء والمشاريع المختلفة بطريقة رشيقة (Agile).
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (طلاقة).

The Role

The UX/UI Designer Lead will be engaged in all phases of the design development lifecycle:

customer and end user engagement, creating application system models and participating

in design meetings both internally and with customers.

The UX/UI Designer Lead combines research and design skills to develop physical and

online/mobile interactions of customers.

The UX/UI Designer Lead creates clean, elegant, and user-centered designs based on

business needs and customer feedback.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver customer-centric products UX/UI iteratively and incrementally from a

solution design perspective

  • Work on improving creative processes and helps developing innovative ideas and

concepts

  • Determine the layout of the navigation and how customers should interact with it
  • Determine scope and time of work for creative design
  • Develop site-maps, cohesive user interface architectures, wireframes, workflow

diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes

  • Collect usability requirements (e.g. from usability sessions with business and other

stakeholders) and incorporates feedback into user experience enhancements and/or

new features, including navigation/usability

  • Research interaction design & latest technology trends and share with team
  • Lead and run usability testing
  • Interact with solution architects and programmers to develop a prototype of new

features and products

  • Comply with sprint backlog in terms of activities prioritization
  • Attend the daily stand-up meeting

Who should apply?

  • Portfolio of design projects accessible online.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience designing both e-commerce and B2B solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
  • Experience in the Insurance / Financial Services sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, Balsamiq, Sketch,

Flinto…

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and design exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and lead work from concept to

completion.

  • Excellent organizational skills when it comes to defining, delivering, and

documenting items in projects.

  • Proven ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries, to work with

complex customers, involving multiple stakeholders and potential partners involved

in the ecosystem.

  • You thrive on working across a number of different clients and projects in an agile

manner.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
