Role Description The Bodyshop Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jiddah, with the possibility of performing some tasks from home. The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bodyshop, including coordination of vehicle repairs, paint and bodywork, and quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements. The supervisor will plan and allocate workloads, monitor repair timelines, manage parts and materials availability, and ensure accurate documentation of repair orders and costs. The role includes close collaboration with internal departments and external vendors, resolving issues related to vehicle damage, and maintaining clear communication with relevant teams to minimize downtime of fleet vehicles. The Bodyshop Supervisor is also expected to promote continuous improvement, enforce health and safety procedures, and support training and development of bodyshop team members.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive body repair, painting processes, and use of bodyshop tools and equipment.
• Experience in supervising workshop or bodyshop operations, including scheduling, workload planning, and team leadership.
• Ability to inspect vehicles, assess damage, estimate repair work, and ensure quality control throughout the repair cycle.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in automotive repair environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Competence in basic computer applications, repair management systems, and documentation of work orders and reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on timely delivery of services.
• Previous experience in car rental, fleet management, or automotive service organizations is an advantage.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualification in automotive repair or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, managing responsibilities both on-site in Jiddah and remotely when required.
