Job Position : PRINCIPAL Civil DESIGNERS

Job Description / Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in engineering or design.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas design engineering, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in design software including MicroStation, AutoCAD, SP3D, PDMS, PDS, and E3D.
• Strong knowledge of discipline-specific layouts and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, international engineering codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Lead and manage a team of Senior Designers and Draftsmen across multiple disciplines.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily design tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings across disciplines.
• Maintain cost-effective practices when updating or creating engineering documents.
• Ensure high-quality, presentable, and accurate drawings that meet project and client standards.
• Identify and manage interface points between disciplines throughout the design lifecycle.
