About the Role

This is not a traditional employment opportunity-it's a chance to build a global media company from the ground up.

As a Co-Founder, you will work directly with the Founder to shape the company's long-term vision, drive strategic growth, build exceptional teams, establish sustainable revenue streams, and expand Attlas Wire's presence across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets.

We're looking for entrepreneurs, media executives, journalists, business leaders, marketers, technologists, investors, and operators who are passionate about creating one of the Middle East's most influential independent digital news platforms.

Your Mission

Your mission is to help transform Attlas Wire into one of the world's most trusted independent media organizations.

You will play a key role in building every aspect of the company-from strategy and fundraising to operations, partnerships, audience growth, innovation, and commercial success-while maintaining the highest standards of editorial independence and integrity.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Develop and execute Attlas Wire's long-term vision and growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and global markets.
• Participate in executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Build scalable business models.
• Establish company culture, governance, and operational excellence.

Business Development

• Develop strategic partnerships with media organizations, government entities, corporations, universities, technology companies, and NGOs.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients and institutional partners.
• Identify sponsorship and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate high-value strategic partnerships.
• Drive expansion across Saudi Arabia and international markets.

Revenue Growth

Develop and scale multiple revenue streams, including:

• Digital advertising
• Brand partnerships
• Sponsored content
• Membership programs
• Premium subscriptions
• Corporate partnerships
• Conferences and industry events
• Podcasts and video monetization
• Research and intelligence reports
• Licensing and content syndication
• Educational and professional training products

Operations & Company Building

• Build scalable operational systems.
• Recruit world-class talent.
• Develop hiring and leadership strategies.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Create a high-performance organizational culture.
• Oversee finance, HR, legal, compliance, and administration.

Editorial & Product Collaboration

Working alongside editorial leadership while maintaining editorial independence:

• Improve newsroom efficiency.

• Support investigative reporting initiatives.
• Enhance audience engagement and trust.

Marketing & Audience Growth

Lead initiatives focused on:

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to:

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Develop fundraising strategies.

Compensation

This is a founding leadership opportunity.

Compensation will primarily be equity-based, reflecting your expertise, commitment, contribution, and long-term involvement. As Attlas Wire reaches key growth, revenue, and investment milestones, founders will transition to competitive market-based salaries along with performance-based incentives.
