نحن نبحث عن مسؤول تطوير أعمال - فوترة (Business Development Billing Officer) دقيق واستباقي للانضمام إلى فريق تطوير الأعمال ضمن شركة رائدة في قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية. يعد هذا الدور محوريًا في ضمان تحويل جميع خدمات النقل والخدمات اللوجستية المنفذة بدقة إلى إيرادات من خلال الفوترة الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب، مع دعم ضمان الإيرادات وتحسين أداء التدفق النقدي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وإصدار فواتير العملاء لخدمات النقل والخدمات اللوجستية وفقًا للأسعار التعاقدية والشروط التجارية المتفق عليها.
- التحقق من الرحلات والخدمات المنفذة مقابل السجلات التشغيلية قبل إصدار الفاتورة.
- ضمان توفر جميع المستندات الداعمة، بما في ذلك: إثبات التسليم (POD)، مذكرات التسليم، جداول الرحلات، تأكيدات الأسعار المعتمدة.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق العمليات والمالية وتطوير الأعمال لضمان دورات فواتير في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة وتتبع الشحنات غير المفوتة ومخاطر تسرب الإيرادات.
- دعم قسم المالية في حل استفسارات العملاء والنزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير.
- الحفاظ على سجلات فوترة دقيقة داخل أنظمة ERP/TMS.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الفوترة والإيرادات المعلقة وأداء الفوترة.
- ضمان إصدار الفواتير ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها للفوترة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الفوترة أو إصدار الفواتير أو مراقبة الإيرادات داخل شركات النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الخدمات اللوجستية والتسعير القائم على العقود.
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP (SAP أو Oracle أو ما يشابهها).
- مهارات متقدمة في MS Excel.
- قوة الانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة التحليلية.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive proactive Business Development Billing Officer to join our Business Development team within a leading transportation and logistics company.
This role is critical in ensuring that all executed transportation and logistics services are accurately converted into revenue through timely and accurate invoicing, while supporting revenue assurance and improving cash flow performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices for transportation and logistics services in accordance with contractual rates and agreed commercial terms.
- Verify completed trips and services against operational records prior to invoicing.
- Ensure all supporting documents are available, including:
- Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Delivery Notes
- Trip Sheets
- Approved rate confirmations.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure timely billing cycles.
- Monitor and track unbilled shipments and revenue leakage risks.
- Support Finance in resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain accurate billing records within ERP/TMS systems.
- Generate periodic reports on invoicing status, pending revenue, and billing performance.
- Ensure invoices are issued within agreed billing timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue control within transportation or logistics companies.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and contract-based pricing.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
