About the Role

We are seeking an Enar Compound Manager to support the development and operational readiness of a large-scale mixed-use residential project. This role will act as the link between design and operations, ensuring that all concepts are practical, efficient, and aligned with the future operational needs of the compound.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and design proposals from an operational perspective

• Ensure layouts, resident flows, and facilities support efficient day-to-day compound operations

• Provide input during design stages to avoid costly adjustments later

• Coordinate with project, design, development, and operational teams

• Support the transition from design to operational readiness and compound opening

• Contribute to the development of operational standards, policies, and requirements for the compound

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, residential compounds, property management, or mixed-use operations

• Good understanding of design, layouts, and space planning

• Ability to translate operational needs into design input

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Experience working with developers, consultants, or project teams is an advantage
