Job Duties

Under direct supervision, the Purchasing Representative is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services to support restaurant operations. The role ensures the timely availability of products while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

* Source and evaluate local suppliers within the Saudi market.

* Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

* Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up until delivery.

* Ensure continuous availability of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.

* Coordinate with warehouse and restaurant operations to fulfill purchasing requirements.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

* Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.

* Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

* Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience within the Saudi market.

* Previous experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is required.

* Strong knowledge of local suppliers and procurement practices.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
