We’re Hiring: Pharmacovigilance Associate - Saudi Arabia

Octapharma Saudi Arabia is looking for a motivated Pharmacy graduate to join our Pharmacovigilance team.

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
• Working Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, during standard office hours
• Eligibility: Saudi nationals, in line with applicable SFDA requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and processing adverse event reports
• Support case documentation and data entry
• Maintain pharmacovigilance records and databases
• Assist with literature screening and safety reporting
• Support compliance with SFDA pharmacovigilance requirements
• Participate in pharmacovigilance training and quality activities
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Valid SCFHS certification
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn pharmacovigilance processes
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GVP guidelines or SFDA pharmacovigilance regulations
• Pharmacovigilance certification is an advantage
