Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer role is based in Dammam. The engineer will design, install, and commission HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HVAC layouts and calculations, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and overseeing contractors and technicians during installation and testing. The role involves diagnosing system issues, performing or supervising maintenance and repair activities, and recommending upgrades or modifications to improve performance and reliability. The engineer will also participate in project documentation, client reviews, and collaboration with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design for industrial and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess practical HVAC skills, including system installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Candidates should possess experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in HVAC are an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations in HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
