Role Description The Procurement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for supporting end-to-end purchasing activities for the company’s real estate and community development projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring goods and services meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate procurement records, assisting with vendor evaluations, and supporting contract negotiations in collaboration with the procurement team. The Procurement Coordinator will also monitor inventory levels, identify procurement needs, and communicate regularly with internal departments to align purchasing decisions with project schedules and budgets. This role requires consistent on-site collaboration with project teams, finance, and operations to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience managing Purchase Orders and supplier coordination.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating quotations, comparing costs, and supporting data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using procurement or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain processes, and vendor management.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
