Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This position is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, including managing security personnel, monitoring access control, and ensuring the safety of facilities, assets, and individuals. The Security Supervisor will conduct regular inspections, review incident reports, coordinate with internal departments and external agencies when needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also includes training and guiding security staff, handling escalated security and customer service issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of security procedures and emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Proficiency in physical security practices, such as access control, surveillance systems, patrol procedures, and incident response.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and external partners.
• Experience in operations management, including developing procedures, maintaining records, and coordinating security activities with other departments.
• Relevant experience in security or facilities management, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of local safety and security regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, including flexible hours and shifts as operationally required.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary for this position will be 5k-6k SAR.
